We booked naperville limousine for our wedding and it was a horrible experience. First of all the limo was so late to pick up the bridal party at their house to take to the church that they left in their own cars so they wouldn’t show up late. Then on pick up from the church the sound system didn’t connect to any music whether Bluetooth, aux or even the fm radio. On top of all that the A/C was barely blew any cold air on what was a very hot and humid day. Definitely do no recommend this service to anyone especially if using it for such a special day.

I have been a customer of Naperville Limousine for over 20 years - using them for many, many, likely a hundred trips over the years - back to when they were MyChauffeur Limousine and prior,I have steadily seen their customer service decline steadily over the past 5 years.The final straw came last week. I had made reservations both outbound and returning for my honeymoon in Antigua. Outbound was fine and uneventful. On the return trip, when I called for pickup at 12:15AM I was informed that my reservation had been cancelled, as the had the wrong flight number. A voicemail, had been left on my cell phone (while I was in-flight from Miami) as the only attempt at contact, no text message, no email was sent seeking to clarify the flight number. I called for pickup at the exact time I had specified for the return trip - it was not delayed.I was curtly informed multiple times on calling that it was my fault. Naperville Limousine absolutely no assistance with resolving - they did not offer to get a sedan to me at all - just screw you - the flight number (that was provided a week earlier) was wrong - go away. I was STRANDED at O’hare after midnight with my new bride and no way home. I told the person on the phone (who said she was the owner) that my long term relationship as a customer would be over, and that in making their choices - I would make mine and told her I would write this negative review. She did not seem concerned at all, had no understanding or compassion for my situation whatsoever. The words “I’m sorry…” were never uttered.I had stopped recommending Naperville Limousine to friends and business associates do their decline in service. Now I wall actively discourage anyone from using their service and being stranded at O’hare after midnight like I was.Do not use Naperville Limousine - you have been warned.

Rented a party bus earlier this year for birthday. My kid had a blast with friends to the city. Awesome sound system, led lights, water and courteous driver with great service.

Professional service. Fast and reliable. I used their service for departure and arrival at Midway airport. When I arrived, I sent them a text and within a few minutes our driver arrived and drove us home. Yes, I recommend using their service.

Needs improvement. I tried calling and they have no bilingual staff so if you dont speak English they will hang up on you. When I called yesterday 5/19 they told me that on 5/20 at 10am there would be Spanish speaker on the line, false information. I solemnly suggest some place else.

Rented an 8 passenger stretch limo for a night out with friends, and had a great experience. I priced out several companies and for a 3 hour reservation, Naperville limo was the most competitive price. Reservation process was easy, quick call with a cc to confirm, and I was emailed a confirmation immediately. I needed to switch the location of our pickup on the day of the event, and I phoned dispatch to do so with no issue. Our driver was timely, communicative, and considerate, and the limo was clean and beautiful. My friends and I can’t wait to reserve another limo again just for fun!

Naperville Limousine did a fantastic job helping to make our recent vacation fabulous. They came to my house slightly early and took 4 of us and a ton of luggage to Union Station and the driver was professional and polite. When we returned to Chicago 2 weeks later, our train was 3 hours late yet our limo driver tracked our train and waited in the city for three hours and arrived at the station just as we picked up our bags. He loaded all of our bags in an absolute downpour and all he focused on was getting us out of the rain and into the car. I would very highly recommend them for any large or small limo service needs - they are professional, prompt, polite and very respectful. Excellent experience - they earned the 5 stars!!!!!

The driver was courteous and professional. The experience overall was fantastic. The limo was clean and really well presented as well. The only reason I would not use this service again would be simply, WAY too expensive! Im not cheap however when you, friends and spouses want to go from Naperville, IL to Chicago, IL and it cost over $400 dollars. Now you might think we rented the limo for several hours, not the case. We literally had a pick up in Naperville and drove directly to the restaurant in Chicago as a drop off point. Dinner ran a little over and they charged me additional for that time as well. We then got into the limo and go directly home from Chicago to Naperville. So at the end of the night a round trip direct limo ride cost close to $500, again not a cheap guy however I like to get what I paid for and this limo company was way over priced. The other limo companies did not have any limos available because of proms however thats no reason to completely gouge your customer.In the end everyone had a good time but this limo company has some a lot of nerve way overcharging customers.

Very accommodating!! We had a group of 16 to the airport, and they had a sprinter van big enough for us all! Driver was prompt, loaded the bags, and got us to our destination in plenty of time!!! My call was answered right away and I spoke with a knowledgeable scheduler who helped get my account set up for a new reservation. As soon as the call ended, an email confirmation came in. We had Naperville Limousine for our wedding day! They were prompt (even with traffic) and accommodating. As a bride worried about being on time I did call after 2 mins after their scheduled and they answered right away (stating traffic) so I had no worries!

We hired a limo for a girls night and had 3 different quotes depending on who we spoke to. Our limo on the way to Chicago overheated and died on the streets of Chicago. We were assured our stuff would transfer to the limo on the way home but it did not. We were told if were wanted our things we could take a different ride home. It was an awful experience.

Had a great experience calling Naperville limousine last minute to schedule a ride to the airport for my 77 year old mother. They were fantastic and confirmed a driver who was fantastic and helped my mother every step of the way with getting her bag in the car and all the way to curbside at the airport for the sky cab check in.
