Ive been really impressed with the results from Gutter Medics. They were prompt, efficient and competent. MOST importantly, they care about the safety of their staff, who wear head protection and use safety harnesses. Ive cleaned my own gutters and its a brutal job being two stories up hanging on to the gutter with one hand and scooping leaves with the other. These guys are competent with ladders, know how to set things up and do the work while wearing all that safety stuff. Moreover, they were VERY quiet while on the job, quickly did the work and the work area was spotless. The only time I knew they were here was when I found the door hanger they left. Really comforting knowing these guys are as safe as possible. if you need a reliable and affordable gutter cleaning company, they are a perfect choice!

I have used Gutter Medics for the last 3-years for cleaning and they have done an exceptional job. They recently recommended enlarging our downspouts for the size of our house and we agreed. Tim came out and did the work, along with adding a gutter system to our new screened porch and we couldnt be happier with the results. The job was done in one day, Tim was very professional and helpful and the price was very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend Gutter Medics for any of your gutter needs.

Couple people who came to work were really professional and listened to our needs. Took clear pictures of the gutters before and after. Came in time and took care of the cleaning good. Will definitely call them next time and recommend them to others

The team at Gutter Medics always does a great job cleaning my gutters! We had them come out to my house which was filled with debris over the winter and they look brand new. They are very detailed, friendly and professional when cleaning your gutters. They also make sure there is no mess in your yard afterwards. They not only do my roof but many of my neighbors. Georgia was also great to work with in the office.

Wonderful service and customer service. They fixed our gutter problem on time and well. They explained everything very well and no delays. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Safety concerns. I went to work for this company and was expected to ride shotgun in a truck without a working seatbelt. On the job the technician (good guy) informed me that his ladder had fallen and was crooked making it so it wouldn’t lay flush against the house. Climbing to the second story on this was dangerous. I’m sure they might be a ok company but with the lack of concern they had for me as an employee and my safety I’m not sure how well safety protocols would translate at a customers home.

We’ve been using Gutter Medic’s for over 5 years now. We have a large, tall very old house with a lot of trees and they have always responded promptly to my calls, scheduled the cleaning and arrived on time and did a great job! Their guys are friendly, get the job done and leave us with a clean fully functioning gutter system when they’re done. With all the rain lately it became critical we needed the downspouts cleared after they failed with the last downpour causing all sorts of problems with water through the foundation!

We have always been happy with the quality of their work and their fair prices. Todays crew (Tim and Terry, I think) was especially great and went above and beyond in cleaning up afterwards. I am more than satisfied!! Thank you Gutter Medics!!

I have Gutter Medics clean our gutters two times per year. They just completed a cleaning last week. The service is always professional, on time and price has always been fair. I have referred the Gutter Medics to several people in my neighborhood and at my work and all have had positive comments. I just dont get the negative reviews. It almost seems like they are fabricated. I am not a review type of person. But after reading some of these, I felt like I needed to share my experience. I recommend them 100%.

Weve used Gutter Medics for years and theyve always come through in a pinch for us! From clearing a gutters annually, to coming out and clearing a gutter jam during summer storms and now the preventative clearing of Ice Dams this winter. Ive been using Gutter Medics for years now. They come out twice a year to clean my gutters and are always on time and professional. This last visit they even stayed while it was pouring rain! During this past visit they noticed that my old gutters needed patch work. They have me a quote to repair them but did not pressure me in any way. I highly recommend Gutter Medics.

Had this company come to my home to bid a repair. Never heard back so I followed up. I then received a quote that I accepted. Again, no reply so I followed up again. Received an apology and was told the work would be completed on the 6th. It’s the 13th and still not not done. Followed up again and received no response.Yeah, I could go elsewhere but I didn’t want the additional hassle of dealing with another contractor.I really gave this company every opportunity.Since they wasted my time I thought I’d share my thoughts.All the best Gutter Medics. Having worked with Georgia & Ryan (Gutter Medics) for over 10 years they have always provided great customer service, which is near impossible to find these days. I just stopped using Gutter Medics because I think its fall cleaning crew made a major mistake last fall. The owner said that I could not prove they made a mistake, but it would be impossible to prove it. The spring cleaning crew at my house last week said that the fall crew is not as thorough and attentive to detail as they are; thus, my belief that the fall crew made a major mistake was substantiated. I asked the owner for a credit and was denied.The owner chose to believe that his fall crew is infallible and chose to lose me as a customer.

Gutter Medics came to my home to clean out my gutters. 3 men cleaned out everything and flushed with a hose. Two of my downspout pipes were crushed at the ground from my lawn service, they were able to replace the bottoms. They didnt have any coupons but the price was reasonable and the service was good and quick. I like that they accepted credit cards. I recommend.

My gutter was starting to fall off the house. I had three companies come out for an estimate. Gutter Medics was the only company to offer a repair versus replace. The said my gutters were in good shape just needed to change out the brackets inside. Needless to say I saved over $1000. Couldnt be happier!!

Expensive and terrible work. I lived in a townhouse which was getting water through the windows. The property manager sent out gutter medics for an estimate. They showed up and said the windows needed to be resealed. There was only one spot about a inch long that was open. Other then that the seals were fine. I asked them to check the roof and they refused and didnt even check the gutters. When an employee came out for repairs (who was different) I asked if the windows really needed to be sealed. He laughed and said I really should not tell you but no. Since I lived in a townhouse I had no say and he proceeded with the worst caulk job I have ever seen in my life. He was there for less then 20 mins and charged the HOA $375. If that is acceptable I will quit my job now and start a caulking company.

Charged me $59 dollars to tell me an estimate (they offer to take that money off if you schedule), they were at my house about 5 minutes. The quote was astronomical and when they arrived I had one leaking area now I have 2. I had 3 other companies all come out free of charge for an estimate and all of their quotes were about 1/4 of what Gutter Medics charged. I was also told that they charge based on where you live and if I was in Aurora is would have been substantially cheaper, if its the same work being done it should be the same price. Totally feel ripped off, avoid this company

The Gutter medics crew did some repairs on my house in Naperville and a rental property of mine in Downers Grove. I was referred to them by my Realtor. I was present for both appointments and the crew did a good job. The rental property has since passed inspection. My home in Naperville needed larger downspouts to handle more rain. They worked flawlessly in the last heavy rains. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Gutter Medics came out this week with a 3 man crew to clean our gutters and inspect our downspouts and underground drainage. I received a call before they arrived, which was prompt. There was only one downspout/underground drainage area needing further attention. They cleaned up all the mess, youd never know they were here. Looking forward to them finishing work next week. I have my new gutter company!

I would NOT recommend this company. I feel strongly that they need to rework their quoting policy since many of these reviews say the same thing. I orginally called to have on small under 6 foot section looked at due to what we thought was clogged. When I spoke to the receptionist she talked me into having all of the gutters cleaned for one flat rate of $225. I did inform her that we do not have ANY trees around our house so I dont think they would be that dirty but I figured since they were coming out and weve never had it done in 2 years we have lived here I fell for it. When the company came out they sent 3 men. They were here under 10 minutes and said that everything was very clean since we dont have trees and that they only had to put water down one pipe becasus they tapped on the other down spouts and they sounded clear. When he told me this I asked if since they did NOT have to do any work at all on my house shouldnt the price be reduced. He called the same lady and she told him NO. I then called her myself to discuss this and she told me it was a flat rate and whether my gutters were clean or extreamly dirty it was the same price. I completely understand that 3 service men had to come out and had some drive time but I feel that quoting a job before you even know whats wrong is their first mistake. My original problem was 1 gutter and that gutter was not even properly cleaned I double checked it from my sons room window! I feel extreamly taken and very disappointed in the service I received...Id have almost rather him told me they were filthy and cleaned them anyway then to do nothing but walk around tapping on things and not even blow air or water through any of the remaining gutters (which she told me they did) which I looked and there was no water nor debris at the base of the gutter. Our family owns/runs several businesses and at no point in time have we charged for services not given...a quote is given after the problem is evaluated and shared and agreed upon by the customer. This would have all been avoided if I would have just had the original service I called for. Very disappointed.

Couldnt do the job they quoted me but charged me 75% of the quote anyway. Total rip off...
