After a poor experience with a different company (when I was ready to order, they raised their initial quote for a dumpster and cut the timeline we could have it in half), I was on edge but needed a dumpster after tearing down a huge deck. I couldnt be happier with Dons service. He was polite, responded to all questions, was consistent in pricing he quoted over the phone, had fantastic rates, and was quick to deliver the dumpster and pick up the dumpster when we were done. Excellent service. I highly recommend!

I own my own Siding, window and roofing business and I have been using Don for many years. Don is a one man show and has given me extraordinary service. He always puts down plywood to protect my customers driveways. Having my own business, often I call at the last minute and whenever possible he takes care of my needs. It is a low cost business that requires lots of deliveries in a day to be profitable. It is a tough job. Once he dropped a box that was partially filled from another job so my crew could clean up a job right then and there. In 31 years of doing business I have NEVER had service like that. Sometimes when I call he is frazzled because he has so many requests. There are only so many hours in a day and when I call with an urgent request I can feel his frustration. He wants to service me but sometimes he just cannot. His yes is a yes and his no is a no. As a business man, I respect that. If Don keeps doing what he has always done, he will have my business.

I have used Don a couple of times for dumpster rentals. He has been consistent with his price and on time when we set a schedule. He is an easy going guy who loves working with people. I would recommend his dumpster service to anyone looking to clean out the flooded basement or for other construction projects.

Just recently ordered a roll off from Don, the owner. He gave me quote on the phone on Wednesday, which i know was a great price, because my wife works for a similar company in Newaygo, Michigan, and she said that his price was better than hers. I was doing a job out of town and needed a roll off in a hurry. I ordered it on Wednesday, he said it would be there by noon on Thursday. i received it on time, he put right it where i wanted it and picked it up on Friday. I have had to order these in Michigan, Indiana, and Illinois, and they were by far the best priced and most punctual of any company that i have used.

Project ran long by weeks but payment agreement was by capacity, not date. I notified extension needed & was promised I would get time needed and at least a phone call a few days in advance if he was going to have to pick up for another client (btw, needing for someone else is not my problem - I paid by capacity, not date). Showed up at my door without notice to pick up. I sent him away. A few days later he called me 7:30 a.m. on my way to work to say he was coming that day. No way to put the last of stuff that I already had ready to dump in there at that point, plus the last part of my repair will be done in 4 days and I will have to sticker remaining items individually after paying $345 for a dumpster I hadnt yet filled. He whined about my location being so far for him to pick up. Thats the price of doing business - if you think Im too far then you shouldnt have taken my $345! Also dumpster had no rain drains in it so would fill in the rainy season weve had then spill over with debris I had to clean up. Made mosquitoes worse too. Don was polite while deceiving me (no worthwhile notice on pickup) so I will never use them again nor can I recommend them.

Have used Heritage several times. Don communicates well, is accommodating about dates, and prompt with delivery. He placed my dumpster exactly where I needed it. Highly recommended.

Working with Don Mulder @ Heritage Disposal (Owner) has been an absolute pleasure and the best customer service experience I have received in a long time from any business. My mothers home had reached the point of being just short of hoarder status, and needed to be cleaned out. I finally convinced her of the need for the cleanout, and needed to get the ball rolling as quickly as possible while she still agreed to it. I called around to see if there was any buisness that would be able to bring out a dumpster next day, and Don went above and beyond my expectation. The dumpster was in my mothers driveway 2 hours after I called him. When he arrived, he was polite, timely, and very professional about the whole situtation. He asked where we would like it placed, offered his professional advice about placing boards down to protect the concrete drive, and even offered advice and reference to others to help with the cleanout. I would have never expected such phenomenal service in this industry, and could not have asked for a more understanding, polite, knowledgable, and professional person than Don to help with my need at the time. My wife and I plan to buy a home at some point in the near future that im sure will need remodeling and I can tell you one thing, there is no other disposal business I would trust with my needs in the future than Heritage Disposal. After being thrown into a situation where I am now a homeowner, the stess of removing the excess from the home was a situation I did not want to deal with.I went on Google and after filtering a few companies I stumbled upon Heritage. I could not be more pleased with the service and general Good Guy feeling I get from the owner as a whole. Even when being tasked to drop off a dumpster with only 2 hours of notice he pulled through. I would highly recommend him and his work for anyone needing a dumpster.Reading reviews that scored him so low and saying he was so hostile just doesnt seem like they are talking about the same company I am. Maybe they were mistaken? Either way. Hes awesome and his company is awesome.
