Had a huge rip in my jeans! Thought a patch would be needed but wouldn’t match the same wash of the jeans. They fixed it perfectly!! Will be a returning customer

Please don’t go there if i can give them zero star I would,First the lost my dress it was a gift from my mom she bought it from Europe it Worth $150And after a week they found it in the “other location “When they gave it to my I can’t wait even they didn’t wash it or iron it I JUST TAKE IT AND RUN !!!!

Horrible. This was a decent dry cleaners for years and I was generally satisfied with their service (although I agree with other reviewers that the stickers they attach to your clothes do not come off, they are heavily and permanently glued to the garment) but my pillows needed cleaning so I asked if they did pillows. The staff said yes and took my pillows and told me they’d be ready in 5 days (much longer than usual but I figured there was a backup because they had just reopened after quarantine).I came back after 5 days just to find that they waited for me to come back to ask if it was ok if the pillows came out a bit lumpy. (No courtesy call). I should have left at this point but I said it was ok since they do come out somewhat lumpy when washed at home, but how could a professional dry cleaner wash dry clean-able pillows WORSE than myself at home? Oh, they indeed can.I came back the next day as instructed only to be told by the manager that they would take one more day. I drove there for the third day in a row and was given my pillows not only extremely lumpy but STILL WET, RIPPED OPEN, and completely destroyed and unusable. They only offered to stitch the pillow up for me which I rejected because the pillows were trash at this point. I was told the manager would call me regarding the issue, which she did—she was pleasant and told me the owner would come to look at them and tell me how much he could reimburse me for on Monday. It is Thursday and I have not heard a thing. I called and asked to speak to the owner and the staff member said he didn’t come in but he would reach out and remind him to call me—still nothing. Meanwhile I’ve literally not had pillows for 13 days with no end in sight. Very, very, very poor ownership at this place. The manager and staff are generally pretty nice but this is a very unprofessional establishment when something goes wrong. I will not return because I have no peace of mind that they will take responsibility for ruining my items. They obviously will not.

I brought my leather to get cleaned and in the process of that cleaning they left a horrible odor where I cannot wear it and now they wont compensate when they said they would if they could not remove the odor they put into my jacket soo Im stuck with the cleaning bill and a jacket that I cannot wear so I need to pay additional money someplace else to reclean it & the owner never returned my phone call after several attempts.

The owner of this place is completely irresponsible and unaccountable for this business. My husband took two official Blackhawks jerseys to get steamed. EACH jersey valued at $250. BOTH ruined by this establishment. The owner has yet to return my calls after my original claim with him. DO NOT give this company your dry cleaning business. Now, I have to initiate legal action against this company because I’m more upset about their lack of professionalism and willingness to make the situation right.

Brought my winter coat in to be washed and they washed in too hot of water and shrunk the coat 3 sizes where it doesn’t fit. Told them about it. They never called me back like they said they would. Finally manager or owner got on phone when I went in and said he wouldn’t do anything about it. Stay away

I went to Woodridge location to get dry cleaning done. 3 to 4 time I had them clean my long sleeve shirt and stain did not go away and blaming on me that I put the stain. They probably use old machines and drip water and made a stain on the shirt. The manger off site was not cooperative. I would not recommend going to this place and would not go again.I would not give any star.

The quality of cleaning is not like it used to be. A shirt that was cleaned had spots on it. So I took it back in and they said they would clean it again at no charge. Went to pick it up and they told me they werent able to get the stain out and that and the manager would be calling me. I never heard anything from the manager, went after work and picked my shirt. I will not be going back.

Called about their wash and fold service: drop it off on Thursday and its ready next Wednesday after five!How can regular laundry take a week to do?

It’s a terrible dry cleaning. They stick labels to your cloths with a glue and you cannot remove them. I asked them to pin a tag and not to use glue any more, and they pinged it to the front of my jacket and damaged it. They were not able to remove spots from the cloths. Under the new management the quality of service is significantly dropped.

I have been a loyal customer for a while, that ended today. I travel from Lockport IL to Woodridge IL to use their services. Today, 4/4/19, I dropped 4 pieces (a tux shirt, tux pants, cummberbund, and a sport coat) off at 8am to be done by 5pm. I returned at 5:15pm to find out that only the shirt was cleaned, pressed, and waiting for me. I was told they were not ready because they were in reclean and would be ready tomorrow by 5pm. I needed those items tonight because I was supposed to be in an Honor Guard for the wake of a Deacon of my church. They offered to have the items delivered to my house in an hour. This was not accecptable and I stated I would drive to the Naperville store and pick them up. Remember I was told the items were in reclean. I had to wait in Naperville for 10 mins or more when the manager showed up and gave me my items which were not cleaned or pressed. I took my items and left. They offered a refund but I am so furious about this I told them to keep it and that I am done with this company. This entire situation could of been avoided had they simply called me about the situation. Maybe we could of found a solution. I will never use them again.

This is the worst dry cleaner that I have ever tried. They damaged my Max Mara coat and told me it was too old but it wasn’t convincing for me. The manager is so mean and irresponsible. I never recommend this store to anyone.

I would never recommend this cleaners location, they damaged my shirt.I brought my Shirt to Cleaners Low-cost to dry-clean ., instead of cleaning it they put some orange spots, when i noticed it i asked to redo it, they were trying again and made even worse, those spots were not mine at the beginning, now i can not use this shirt again . i ask for refund but he refused to talk to me . i was a customer for 2 years and now i am not going to use them again . Do not recommend them, Bad customer service. He does not care about his customers and his business

The worst place to go to, do not use them. The tailoring is horrible, the place is filthy and they ruined 2 new outfits and they are all liars and would caution anyone thinking of using them. The service is disgusting and they just dont care. The tailor is the most rude, arrogant disgusting human being I have met. Shocking that they can still run this business.

These cleaners ruined my wifes jersey and lost part of my hockey jersey. My wife picked up our dry cleaning and the cleaners did not tell us they ruined the jerseys and did not give her the jerseys once she pick up all our clothes. Once we found out they still had our jerseys we contacted them and it took the owner 2 weeks + to get back to us. DO NOT go to this cleaners they are crooks and are not to be trusted.

Gave two jackets...still waiting after three weeks....Update: Went there today..final got the jackets...one torn and other with the stain was supposed to be removed...questioned the manager...got verbally abused with the manager threatening to beat me to pulp...profanities i had never heard before....if you dont want to be humiliated, dont go here
