Dont buy anything expensive or heavy for expedited shipping! They make you sign a waiver, then they dont bother to pad the products in the box so they are pretty much guaranteed to be damaged in shipping. Then they just offer to sell you another one. Done with the lack of care.

So many other shops don’t tell you what the psi rating is and if you care about yourself and your employees safety you need to know that info!!

Very bad quality products, customer service is just junk they don’t stand by their products or respect their warranty, Bought a kit and in under a few months started seeing a drip of oil from fan housing on air pump motor and then not soon after the digital display starts to go on digital heat pad! I have followed all directions from them as far as care and use of products and this is what I ended up with used a hand full of times stored properly and they don’t last so just go ahead buy the cheaper brand because it’s all the same just a different name!Responding to your response (BVV) I have contacted your customer service they told me to send you the pump then and I did now your company fighting me tooth and nail. I own gear from bhogart, xtractor depot, glacier tanks, extraction solutions,Bvv, and other company’s. Bvv gear is the worst. Valves leak. I got two Bvv ovens that don’t work. There steal is thin and welds are terrible. Just cheap quality.There shipping is the worst and expensive. We never got an order on time once. Our time is money.We spent thousands of dollars at this company and we’re done doing business with this company.I’m not sure why they can’t use US postal service. Ups is twice as expensive and takes more time to arrive.

This is the 3rd time I have ordered from them. My first 2 orders shipped fine. Then i order some hoses small small items and pay for 2 day shipping and it takes them almost 2 days to even ship the item. So dont pay for fast shipping obviously they dont care about that. I paid for 2 day shipping and my item took 5 days to receive. Kinda feel screwed

Well to start, I purchased my oven April of 2016. I went to purchase shelves in January of 2019 and the rep Alissa could not locate the oven based off of the model number. Now a week later, I was I informed that this oven which was just produced not even 3 years earlier, is no longer produced and this ovens accessories are not available for it. Not even 3 years old. Wow. Next, I ordered butane and they said it could be delivered to my address in an industrial complex and when the delivery was denied by fed ex, Alissa the rep decided to put it off to the next day, not seeing the importance of the delivery. This company has very miss informed salles reps such as Alissa, and if very poorly organized, just for the simple fact that my oven could not be located by model number, or again is that just a bad sales rep? No help. Terrible customer service and you should replace your oven every year if you want to keep buying replacement parts. I can provide pictures of stickers on oven with dates and screen shots of emails with sales reps. Do not waste your time. You get what you pay for, hence the name, BEST VALUE vacs.

Ive had my MINI-135 Mini Closed Loop Extractor for about 3 weeks now and I love it. High quality components, all stainless, no leaks, easy assembly, great product support.

.was refunded 190 for an item that they didnt have in stock. Spent 7 months waiting on a backorder calling every month. Finally its back in stock. But i paid 190 before and never got it now they want 450. They told me they would give it to me for the original price I paid. Was told multiple times this by multiple people. Nope. They claim this never happened. Except i have the emails to prove it. Just got a order of butane. My package was short a piece i ordered and celite was everywhere inside. Sometimes they are good and other times not. Beware.

I purchased the Glass Vac 5 Gallon Aluminum Vacuum Chamber strictly for wood stabilization. This chamber was a massive upgrade to my last chamber. The glass lid is on the top of the chamber which relocated the gauges to the side. I actually prefer that arrangement to the chambers with the gauges in the lid. Holds vacuum very well and Ive yet to have a single problem!

I had quite an experience with this company, allow me to explain.I had ordered a vacuum chamber and vacuum pump off of their website. A 3 gallon Shatter Vac and 1 stage 3CFM vacuum pump. It took about a week for me to receive my package which is quick from what I am used to (compared to a month) through other sites. Upon receiving my package I quickly opened the box to get to my goodies on the inside. After reading through the instructions and watching several videos on how to operate and function the equipment properly. I went ahead and began setting everything up, I poured half the bottle of oil the pump came with into the pump. I then decided that marshmallows would be the first thing I would pull a vacuum on since I had viewed a video of someone expanding marshmallows in a chamber before. The vacuum pump fired right up with no problem at all and pulled my chamber to a full vacuum, I continued to run the pump for little over a half hour. That is when my issue began, the pump itself got extremely warm to the touch. After I had turned it off, I allowed for it to cool down before I turned it on again. But as soon as I flipped the switch, the pump wouldnt start as if it was frozen or stuck trying to rotate the small rotary pump within. Like anyone, I quickly started to troubleshoot the problem and tried researching to see if anyone else shared my same problem. There wasnt anything I could find on the matter, so instead I emailed the Best Value Vacs support email. They quickly responded and apologized for the inconvenience and issue I was experiencing. I was asked a couple of questions to help them debunk the problem that was at hand. After explaining the issues I was experiencing and answering all of the questions they asked, I immediately received a message from them saying that they had sent off a brand new pump for me and to return the old one. I was overwhelmed with relief and joy, Best Value Vacs really knocked the ball out of the park with their quick and understanding support. This has made me a very, very happy customer that will be continuously returning in the future. I now know to pour the entire bottle of oil it comes with into the pump before starting it for its first time. A lesson learned for me and hopefully a stress saver for you! This is a very reliant company that cares for its customers, and those are the types of places I like to my business with. I strongly recommend this company to anyone looking to invest in vacuum pumps, chamber, closed loop systems and other extraction equipment. You receive the care and quality through every order, most places arent as understanding as these guys.
