I give it a 4 because in the AM, the sunlight makes the screen hard to read. Also, as I was picking up on a very cold day, it took a while for the on-screen buttons to work. The box is on the back side of the bookstore building. On street parking is available and as it is in the center of the college campus, I assume is pretty safe.I only used it this one time as I wanted to see how it worked should I need an alternative or Sunday delivery. Overall, I would say it is a nice service to have available and there is no cost difference between Locker and home delivery.
