Excellent and timely service! My laptop was only in the shop for 6 days! The owner is extremely knowledgeable and friendly! I highly recommend this company for anyone seeking laptop service repairs.

This shop is totally amazing. Their knowledge of the most intricate and difficult laptop is unsurpassed. He upgraded my RAM and ran into another problem which he fixed in less than half an hour. His prices are excellent. Anther local company would not even answer their phones after a 50 minute wait. PC Laptop Repair Expert answered right away. I will not hesitate to use them in the future and I highly recommend them to others. It was a great experience and my laptop has never worked better.

Very unprofessional place they left the screws inside the machine things were not been tighten up and mother board was not screwed pecially for users who have laptops i had given my laptop twice and learned it hard way that i shouldve just not trusted them on first place

Absolutely incredible! Able to recover precious documents from my broken hard drive and removed malware from two of our computers. He really is an expert and can fix even the most complicated of problems. Fantastic customer service as well--friendly and fast. Prices are extremely reasonable. I will be going here everytime I have an issue now and referring everyone I know.

I wish I could post pictures but well This shop worker is very unprofessional.!I have given MacBook Pro 13inch to get it fixed as it had water damage and he said it will be $270 the only thing I asked him was please test this machine twice and check everything now today I have received this laptop through courier as I’m out of city it is missing bottom screws he didn’t even close it right the Audio port is not working now can’t even use headphones on this machine when I’m calling him asking these issues he is hanging up on me when I am telling that how unprofessional service you have done.please be aware that this is not a good option to get your laptop fixed lesson learned now I don’t even know how many screws he have left inside the machine which had to be putted.

We had to upgrade our PC recently and we truly appreciated how the team at PC Laptop Repair was willing to work with us, around our business schedule. They were very professional, courteous and did a great job. They truly exceeded our expectations.

Seems like viruses are their go-to diagnosis. If they wanna just reinstall windows (and hold your files hostage) and you dont know how to do it, pay your kid 20 bucks.

These guys are great!!! I brought in my Windows 8 laptop because it was freezing up. Apparently, my computer had a virus. These guys were able to save all of my documents, pictures, and videos and did a great job fixing my laptop. I am so thankful that I brought in my laptop to them. I had my computer repaired there in a timely fashion, something the geek squad couldnt handle. My only advice to the owner is to stick to the price he first gives, some people get upset about things like that. I think thats why he got a bad review in the past. Overall, I do recommend the place.

This is the second time weve used them. We had a touchscreen tablet for our photobooth business go out a few days before an event and they were able to check it right away and make the repairs the following day. I dropped my laptop a while back and it was pretty much falling apart. I took it to PC Laptop and within two days it was working like new. The guys there are friendly and professional and its clear that they put a lot of care into their work. Would recommend to anyone.

Dropped off my computer for diagnostic, they told me exactly the part that failed and a cheaper part that could be substituted and get the same result with. And they had a good turn around time too, finished my diagnostic in just a couple hours. Great business to work with.

My sons laptop was a mess had a broken keyboard and mousepad. Took it here, and in a week fixed it for a very reasonable price. Now my son who is in high school can do his homework again. Excellent service and very honest ...I would highly recommend. We will use them again !

OMG...What a life saver! I had an external hard drive with all of my data which died. Geek Squad said they couldnt fix it, I called the manufacturer, they said to send it to a place and they quoted a price of $700-$2,000. I brought it in fully expecting for him to tell me that all my data was gone (300 GB of pictures, sensitive documents, etc.). Two days later, all my files were back at a FRACTION of the cost. Extremely reasonable and friendly. Great to see a small business producing pure quality!!! Thank you!!!

Ive now had two great experiences here. My daughters laptop was a mess, running slow with tons of malware. For way less than the cost of a new machine, PC Laptop cleaned it out, saved her data and has her Dell Laptop running like new. My Toshiba laptop crashed one day and wouldnt boot up. Again PC Laptop was able to backup all my data, determine that my copy of Windows was corrupted, and reloaded it. Also replaced bad memory chip while increasing memory and repaired the TouchPad. All this for not even a third of what replacing this $1000 machine would have cost as our workhorse computer. You can trust the folks here to get the job done and for a very fair price.

They basically did exactly what i asked for at a good price, i have no complaints and my laptop works perfectly, like new!

Came in today to get a price to repair my cracked laptop screen and broken touch screen. It took them two hours to figure out price/parts while it took U Break I fix in downtown Naperville only 5 minutes. And on top of that they wanted to charge me $55 instead if free at U Break I fix for just a quote. All in all come here if you want to be nickle and dimed for stuff that other repair places do for free.

I had to other repair places closer to me worry about or deny my request where here took the challenge and knocked it out of the park. I was in no rush but the repair was done within two days and the price was very reasonable. Id give six stars if possible.

MY laptop had not had any maintenance for a long time (years) it was running slow and sluggish - these guys did diagnostics, confirmed hardware was solid- and upgraded my memory and cleaned up the hard drive - reloaded the Operating system and now it runs fabulous - Professional and got the job done right!

I couldnt be happier with everything today. Ill be back the second I have problems with my computer.
