Company removed/replaced grout in the walk-in shower and cleaned/color sealed the floor in the master bath. Quote and scheduling process was prompt and straightforward. Dylan A, the service tech, was courteous, professional and did outstanding work. Texted when he was coming, arrived on time, followed Covid protocols, and powered through to timely finish this job. Promised bathroom would like new and it does! Totally satisfied and will use again for future need.

Hired Grout Medic to regrout and caulk our master bath shower. Our tech, Dylan A, did an amazing job. He sent a text with his ETA the day of our appointment. Second time we have used the Grout Medic. The first time they came sent their techcinian Mike Westerman and he cleaned, color dyed our grout and recaulked or master walk in shower. My bathroom floor and shower walls look so clean and white after It was steam cleaned and regrouted. It used to be all yellow, brown and cracky. Now it looks updated.
