We had 2 queen size comforters to wash. One of them was done wonderfully, but the other had the filling completely stuck together. Couldve contacted prior - were still unsure whether it will provide the same amount of warmth or whether it needs to be thrown out.Also the company didnt warn us that they wont be ready with the cleaning by the promised date and made me travel unnecessarily even though they had me sign up for their text messages.Definitely not professional in my reading.

Very disappointed! Have used a variety of CD One Price Cleaner locations over the past 10 years for cleaning. Have always had good, affordable service with no issues. I recently had a white shirt and 2-piece suit cleaned at this location. When I put on the shirt and my suit shortly after picking up, each piece had a problem. First, my suit had three puncture or burn holes. Two holes were found on the pants and one on the jacket. Next, the shirt had a noticeable dirt spot on the left shoulder. It came out easily once I took it to a different dry cleaner so I’m wondering if they just pressed it and never cleaned it. I will not be returning now that I will need to replace a $200 suit.

Originally I used to love this place. Now when I go in there the price is different every time. It used to be 199 for items to be cleaned. Now its 399 sometimes. Also when I bring in light colored items theres usually a stain that I always get in the back of my items of shirts. I brought it to their attention a couple of times and they say theyre going to try to reclaim it but they cant get the stains out. These things are always in the same place on my light colored items. they act as if its a problem of mine oh, theyve created the problem.

I’ve been satisfied here. People are quick and polite and the prices seem reasonable. My clothes have come back on time and in good shape. I will continue to use them!

Fast and friendly and easy to use! I go there to get the bigger blankets and suits cleaned. They always come out looking great and only takes me less than a minute to drop off and pick up. Great business!

We have been using the Naperville branch on Ogden and Aurora for around 3+ years now and they do a very professional job with cleaning our clothes and beddings with very good results. They even replace missing shirt buttons as needed which was a great surprise and bonus.Keep up the great service you provide … kudos!

CD one is the best cleaners in town. Same day service and they hold my preferences. The staff is friendly, professional, and quick to get people in and out of the shop. The price is perfect. They even take back the 1000s of hanger i have (earth friendly). They couldnt be more perfect if they offered cookies and coffee. Oh, wait, they do offer cookies and coffee. I enjoy a cup and a snack each time i visit. One time, i was low on money and just stopped by for a cup of coffee and a chat. (Dont tell them, they didnt notice)

This cleaners is better than the one in Joliet, IL but they have recently ruined one of my new favorite white Calvin Klein shirts. They admitted to only assuming that all clothes people brings in needs to be dry cleaned opposed to dry clean & washed. They do NOT look at the tags of individuals clothes which is a problem for me. I now have a pending claim with this cleaners & hopefully by next week I can receive the value of the city they ruined back with no problems or issues. Other than that, I do like this cleaners & are pretty effective & efficient.

Every time Ive used this facility, Ive had a wonderful experience. Not only are they affordable and fast, they have treated my items with more care than other dry cleaners. Previous cleaners Ive used have done damage, and ruined creases, folds, pleats, etc. None of that has every happened at this facility. Turn around is usually 24 hours, and the cashier is always friendly.

I live 75 miles from this place. And it is worth every mile that I drive to get my suits cleaned. I know that the job will be done well. And great care will be taken with my suits. Thank you for such great service!

Last week I took my daughters brand new dress from Macys there to be dry clean. When I got it back the back of it was damaged and it looked as if someone had snagged some sort of velcro or something on the dress. I took it back the gentleman was very nice and told me he would try to fix it and if I did not like it I could put in a claim. I went there today to get the dress and it was still damaged. The misinformed young lady told me that the reason why it was damaged was because of the material and it should have been machine washed and not dry clean. I checked the label and it does say machine wash ONLY. And I have plenty of items the same material and have never had this problem with dry cleaning. She didnt offer to let me make a claim either. I will never utilize this place again. It was my first and last time.

Ive used CD One Price Cleaners on Ogden for several years. Lately, this place went down the drain. Prices almost doubled, yet quality of work has gone down. They ruined several of my shirts - some were returned covered in dark stains, and most recently, a shirt was returned with a torn collar and a huge tear on the sleeve. Despite having been promised a call back about the shirt in a couple of days, no one called, and only when I went back to them a week later, the owner of this franchise returned my call. He claimed that the shirt was old and thats why the damage happened, essentially denying any responsibility. Time to look for a new dry cleaners! Please avoid.
