One of my favorite car washes. Fullers always does a good job.This time my car had baked on tree sap. The attendant worked hard to remove it. I had to ask him to stop as I saw that without using a cleaner wax this was too much effort on his part. Tipped him well.Interior work is also outstanding

I had them detail my vehicle and let me just say how amazed, happy, and satisfied with the work they did. The scratches on the hood of my car are gone. My vehicle is shining on the inside, my vents look amazing along with my cup holders. They did an amazing job and I would recommend them to anyone. The new manager called Griffin is not controlling his guys here! I have a full service here for more than a year and never had such a bad service! The guy took my car and just parked and nobody started to clean in. 2 cars came after me they started to clean the and I noticed it through the camera. This freaking manager even didn’t apologize.

With the “works” $18 my car looked like was washed on gas station with $5. One more star because they offered to wash it again but they said will be the same because the car was parked underneath a tree! Anyway “The works - heavy duty cleaning and wheel bright not working well.

I love to get the quick exterior wash and I use the self use station to clean my interior.

Great service and affordable prices. They did a good job detailing and vacuuming our daily driver that had a lot of dust and mess from the kids. Would definitely use them again for detailing.

Best car wash in the suburbs of Chicago. Worth the price and with touch up issues without complaint. I dont go anywhere else, Naperville, Westmont, and Countryside are my top picks for locations. Best service.

I feel like this was an unusually rough car wash the water pressure was super strong it caused water to get into my fully closed sunroof and the brushes and other hanging cleaners were juiced up too. Not to mention that after all of that extra hard contact with my truck it wasnt really clean and no I didnt just get the $3 wash. This was my 1st and last time here Ill continue to go where I know my car will get cleaned and not damaged.

My go to for a good wash every time. Have always been happy with the results, but today...wow! Can’t tell you how happy I was with the amount of time and detail spent on my interior. Fees like a new car, especially given how messy this winter has been. Highly recommend!

Went through the drive thru cash wash it tore my side passenger window off the manager wasn on duty and the workers that was their didn help much either they could of contacted the manager instead they had an attitude about the situation it’s costing me over 600 bucks to replace my mirror I will not be going back and filing a lawsuit against them as well

Be aware if you decide to use Fullers Carwash on 75th St. in Naperville. I took my wifes 3 month old vehicle there and while I was in the carwash her car rolled off the carwash track that moves your vehicle through the carwash and stopped and wouldnt move forward out of the carwash. The car behind me repeatedly rammed in the back of our vehicle, hit our bumper several times and damaged our rear bumper. While this was happening the manager Riley was in the office watching the monitors and never stopped the carwash. I luckily was able to pull out and went into the office to speak with Riley. He replayed the tape and saw what happened, and admitted to me it wasnt my fault, since he saw that I didnt step on the brake, or did nothing wrong. It was clearly their fault.He gave me the owners numbers and said they would contact me to discuss the incident. I waited a few days and never received a call and called Riley. He proceeds to tell me the owners reviewed the film and decided your vehicle must need an alignment and thats the reason if came off the track. I told him my vehicle was only a few months old with less then 2,000 miles on it and that not possible. After Riley the carwash manger admitting they were at blame, now he is backtracking and refuses to take responsibility. His answer was to have your insurance company call ours and fight it out, but he wouldnt give me the name of his insurance company. Ive made several attempts to contact the owners and left messages and never heard back from them. Fullers Carwash Naperville is a dishonest company that doesnt care about their customer enough to even follow-up to discuss issues they admitted it was their fault. Dont support companies that treat their customers in this manner. My family, friend, colleagues, will all know how they treated us and we will never step in a Fullers Carwash again in our lifetime.

This place is so easy to use. Easy to pay and everything is automatic. Vacuums are free which is a bonus. Washers do a very nice job.

Little pricey but way better than that awful Delta Sonic on route 59. They actually spend more than 30 seconds cleaning the inside and dont have an attitude about everything.

The employees are all polite and do a good job.

Quick and easy car wash. They offer free use of self serve vacuums which is an interesting schtick. Middle tier full services interior + exterior wash runs $26 which is average for the area. Nice waiting room with monitors to watch your vehicle be vacuumed if thats your thing. They also sell greeting cards, in case while your sitting in the waiting room you realize its someones birthday.

I regularly have my car washed here. The staff are always friendly and helpful and Im pleased with how nice a job they do.The self service vacumns are convenient and preferred, I can take as much time as a likeI thought it was a bargain before, they have since lowered the price.

Hands down worse wash I’ve gotten. My expectations were low for a $3 wash but the spinning cleaning thing didn’t even touch the side of my car. Like, not at all. Terrible

Went there in the past and the service was really good. Now after remodeling and adding new order system, the price it did doubled, and the service is not so good. Last time I used theyr service they did not vacuum in the back and the trunk. I called back and they told me they do not so trunks . They offer me to go back and vacuum the back area of my car. I dont have the luxury to waist half of day for a car wash.

Just went today at noon and the man operating the power washer at the beginning of the car wash spent extra time to wash all the snow and ice off the top of my car before going through the car wash. Such a different and more personal experience than when we were members at delta sonic.8/6/2020 Just got through the wash this morning and it was the first time they presprayed my headlights with windex! The attendant today (red hair) really took his time during the prewash compared to others. Thank you so much!!

They left my floor mats wet, carpet under the mats were wet too and I had to soak up that moisture with a towel when I got home. Then I discovered 2 wet towels left in the car - one sitting on my back seat and the other in the cargo area. Wont be back.

The ditections where to enter, where to proceed to, the directipns om.which wash you want and how to pay are very weak and confusing.

Bestest place to get a Car Wash done.it does cost a little more than place in the area. But my car was washed to near showroom condition. All I can say is WOW.

The wash missed a lot of spots on the car, granted I only got the cheapest wash after towel drying the vehicle the white towel was dark grey when I was finished . Not to much to say about the wash !!!!
