Elegant Aurmor is the best detailing company in Chicago and suburbs. I got my C450 Mercedes ceramic coated and tinted here and the attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Herson and his crew really do a great job and it is the only place that can touch my car. Highly recommended!!!!

It is too bad your customer service is lacking. Half finished my detail job and damaged the leather on seats. Gave me the run around for days before I posted on here. Job was rushed and never finished. Refused to stand behind your work and pushed off responsibility on the manager who never responded. Rear seats were never lifted or cleaned under, windows still dirty, and simple cleaning not done. We felt like we were being lied to about the damage to the seat and skipping sections of the car. When my wife picked up the truck the two workers first claimed the damage was a stain that would not come out (there was no stain), then claimed it was already there when she dropped it off. There was no damage nor stain when we dropped off the truck, and it was there when we picked it up. They knew they caused the damage but did not own up to it and were dishonest about it. That is not the type of business we thought we were dealing with. Additionally, the workers had my wife pay and tip prior to getting to see the car since it was still being worked on and was closing time. Only offered fix was to bring back vehicle and have it re-cleaned. There is no way I will allow these guys back into my car.

Its literally a team effort.. theyre damn good. 2nd time using them. Highly recommended.

Great experience for me since the burbs tend to be very pricey for deep interior cleaning. My car was a hot mess after putting it through a supplies haul for a small flip to my current home. My car came back as new and I’m very pleased with the service. I hope not to be back too soon for such a detailed service as I plan to keep it clean lol but if I do I will definitely return for their service. ♥️

Went to Elegant for some vinyl wrap and a front grille swap. Completely changed the look of the car. Couldnt be any happier, these guys knocked it out of the park. Wouldnt hesitate recommending these guys to anyone!

Freindly, Great prices, awesome outcome paint feels so fresh not going anywhere else, tried 3-4 other people and these guys definitely out do them easy! Interior super clean and even added UV protectant for my leather looks crazy new factory look!! Engine bay spotless as well definitely recommended to anyone!
