Bruce did a fantastic job on my 2000 Honda S2000! I had swirls in the paint and discoloration on the hood and trunk. He did a car wash, 3 step paint correction and a ceramic coating, to help protect the paint. I couldn’t believe the results after he was done. Let me preface this review by saying that I’ve been trying out the local hand car wash/detail shops for the past year and none did the job well enough to earn my return business. Then reluctantly I decided to give the idea of a mobile detailer a try.Bruce was very pleasant to work with. Getting in touch and setting up an appointment were done very smoothly over email, and he showed up on time & was ready to work. I really appreciated it that he didn’t try to upsell his services, instead he did a very reasonable assessment on the car condition and advised against his more expensive services. The work was done quickly and of very high quality, and with the paint correction and headlight restoration the car looked better than when we got it (used) a couple years ago. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to have your car professionally detailed at the convenient location of your driveway.

Amazing experience. Bruce was booked solid but made space in his schedule to do a full interior detail of our car. The vehicle was dirty after a number of years without a professional cleaning. Bruce took his time and did an excellent job. The interior looks great. This was our first time using his company but we will definitely be back again!

To preface, my car is 30+ years old, had many, many swirl marks all over it, and is black in paint color. When viewed in direct sunlight, the car really looked quite bad. I knew it needed more than a simple wax job. I had BK Mobile Detailing do their ceramic coating service, which includes numerous prep steps before applying the ceramic coating. The job is extensive, and not cheap, but definitely worth the cost. My car’s paint now looks OUTSTANDING. I can’t emphasize this enough- it’s like a new car compared to how it looked before. Bruce is very professional and extremely thorough. I would recommend his services to anyone!

Bruce fully cleaned and ceramic coated my new to me a7 that was a bit neglected over the years. He made it look better than new!Was super convenient to have him come to my house to do the cleaning so I didn’t have to arrange for a drop off and pick up at a shop - all at much better rates. Firstly I would say the customer service is fabulous. Most flexible for the timings, and very accommodative when we had to change due to weather issues.Second on the actual work, my car was having all kind of mess - greasy stains, dried stains, dirty mats, scratches around, food particles, etc. Once Bruce completed his magic, we were amazed on seeing a very new car. Our vehicle was in need of a thorough cleaning and detailing. Wed been in Calidornia for 3-months closing out my late brother-in-laws estate. We drove out and back putting over 5000-miles on the Jeep. It took 6-weeks just to clear and clean his house...we just didnt have any time for much of anything else except work and sleep.I usually take our vehcles to a local carwash for detailing but getting back and fortth was going to be problematic. My wife no longer drives and I didnt want to ask a neighbor or deal with a cab or rideshare so I started looking for a mobile detailing service. One google search later I found BK Mobile Detailing in Naperville and the 40 5-star reviews convinced me to give BK a call. The owner called back a short time later and told me that he was booked solid for the next week but he would be happy to work on Saturday for us. That was perfect as we were heading to a funeral in a few days. He arrived on time and set to work. To say that our Jeep SUV was a mess would be an understatement...lots of dog hair and it hadnt been washed in months.The interior, exterior, engine compartment, trunk, tires, wheels, glass all were attacked and he scrubbed and vaccumed in places I didnt know existed. Topped off with a beautiful wax job. 7-hours later all of the dog hair was gone and our 11-yr old SUV looked brand new! His service is a bit more expensive than the car wash but the results are very much worth it. The car wash does a good job...BK Auto Detailing did a superior job! I am happy to recommend them to everyone and we will be a recurring customer.

BK Mobile Detailing is the only company I trust to complete my exterior ceramic protection. Ive now had two of my cars coated over the past year by Bruce, and what I can say is he is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable at what he does.
