It is one of the worst companies that I have worked with together with State Farm, they recommend their service and then leave you in charge of the debt. I use the service of this company because state farm recommended them to me for doing a repair on the roof, they charged me too much $ 12,900 for the service, however, because I was unwell since I was about to have my baby, I followed the recommendation. ATI in the middle of the work they considered that they should do other repairs and they decided to do it WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION AND CONSENT and they charged almost $ 13000 more, the insurance did not approve this work and both managers in charge of both ATI and State farm when I went to make the claim they finished talking to me in a disrespectful way and washing their hands both parts. Leaving me with the total debt of $ 13000 when both of them from the beginning I mentioned that I was unemployed and with a baby, therefore I had no money to pay, they were insensitive and rude without caring in any way my circumstances I still return and I repeat DO NOT AUTHORIZE THE SECOND WORK PERFORMED (ATI COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CONDITION, THEY PLACE A LIEN ON YOUR PROPERTY AND THAT YOU LOOK FOR MONEY WHERE YOU DONT HAVE TO PAY THEM THE SURCHARGES THAT THEY PLACE YOU)This company charged a total of $ 26000 for only REPAIRS to the roof. I am 100% sure that other companies would charge half of what they charged me for the work they did. As I mentioned I used them at that time 1. Because I trusted both companies 2. I was in my last month of pregnancy and I did not want to deal with this process, I only followed the recommendation of the state farm manager and ATI COMPANY I never thought I would be going through this currently

Had an issue with a dripping tub. While we were at it, figured we would retile the shower. The tile came out fine, thanks to the father/son team that they contracted out. However, they never fixed the drip. It wasnt until after all of the work was done and the walls were closed back up that we realized the drip was never fixed. Nolan and Bob never thought to tell us that they couldnt find the part. Youd think that since we were spending nearly 12k they would have mentioned this to us. They didnt. Instead they ignored our emails, neglected to send the plumber back to us and then went silent. Now, I might have to pay someone else to open my wall up. I wish ATI would have been honest with us about the situation. Instead they hid the truth. Nolan and Bob, its on you. Good day.

HONEST REVIEW: PLEASE RUN NOT WALK FROM HIRING THEM TO DO ANY WORK. ATI was hired by my insurance company back in April 2020 to make repairs on my Salon from Water damage. The project manager Nolan oversaw the repairs. Not only did they not do a simple water repair damage. They further damaged the plumbing and left bubbles in drywall. This caused for us to hire a private contractor for repairs in which my insurance company paid for. Today, I received a call from Accounts receivable Krystal Mino saying I owe ATI 4,870 dollars for repairs they didn’t do and further damage. She also added an extra $1,315 for fun. Krystal also lied and said that ATI came back into my Salon and repaired the damage. Id rather had tea with the devil than to let back in and do any work. After my insurance company told her what I paid the privately owned contractor. I couldn’t get back in touch with Krystal but spoke with another incompetent and politely told them I’ll just simplify sue. See ya in court ATI because it’ll be a cold day in hell before I’ll pay you for any damage you’ve done. Please don’t waste your hard earned money! They won’t make proper repairs and then try to stiff you with the bill from their mistakes.

Unprofessional Project Director. Was assigned Josh Fizer as a project director. Had a small job that needed some work and ATI came highly recommended by my upstairs neighbor who has been having work done for weeks(and still is). First appointment was cancelled a few hours before it was to happen due to snow. I can understand that. We rescheduled for the following Monday. Josh showed up a half hour early, which normally is ok except it was first thing in the morning and we were still getting ready. Threw some clothes on, Josh spent about 15 minutes taking measurements and was done. He said he would have a quote that day or the following day. 3 days later, no quote. Is emailed him when we could expect it and he said Friday. Friday came and went, no quote. Emailed him Monday at the 1 week mark, no response. Emailed him Tuesday giving one last chance, no response. Its been eleven days since he last responded, and we are moving on to another company. If you dont want to do our job, just tell me, but to not respond and ignore customers is unprofessional.

After a very long and rocky start to our water damage claim ATI came through by sending Phil Roppo to finish the job. His work ethics and dedication was just what was needed to bring this job back in order. He and his assistant Connor made sure the job was done to our satisfaction. I believe if the job would of started with Phil it would of been a 5 star rating. As it is he is the only reason it went from a 1 to a 4.
