Love this place! I get my labs done every 6-12 weeks and I usually have Autumn who is so sweet. I make an appointment and am in and out. Will continue to go here, its the easiest way to get your labs done.
As I entered the building, there was someone waiting and she helped me to where LabCorp was located. Once I got inside I filled out my information at a kiosk and the wait before they helped me was very short. Overall the people were friendly and helpful, there was absolutely no frustration, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes!
This has been the best experience I have had in a long time when it comes to getting my labs done. Sam was the nice young lady at the front desk and I was greeted promptly when I walked in the door with Good Morning, welcome to Labcorp ! No other site has said that to me. I then had Autumn drawing my blood, (to which I am an EXTREMELY difficult stick!) and she was amazing! she got it on the first stick. All in all it was in and out. I would recommend this site 100%, great customer service, the young ladies were professional and the service was great!
I stopped in when it was convenient for me on a Thursday afternoon. I used the little kiosk to scan my id and cards and that expedited the process. The two ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. I only waited a few minutes and was called to get my blood drawn. The experience in total took about 15 minutes. I was happy with how long it took.
I had a great experience each step of the way. I was a walk in with no appointment and was in and out in a jiffy. Both Samantha and Autumn were cheerful, prompt and awesome with the draw. Put your mind at ease. They got you!!!
Went there today, new team, still pretty awesome, very accomodating for my autistic child, took 7 tubes of blood, super polite and professional, hats off to these people, We have been there 5-6 times in last 18 months - they were fabulos - negative reviews i heard is due a previous team of staff who were not very good, the ones we work with especially likes of Samantha - they are literally awesome - not one person there is not awesome, i have a special needs child and the patience they have shown is unimaginable - very polite, light hand for blood work, some people just stab you with a needle, we have given up to 10 tubes of blood, staff is professional, skilled and awesome to work with
Autumn was very nice. She could have turned me away but I told her this was the last day my job would accept a screening and she let me do it last minute before closing. She was very thorough with the whole process. Thank you again Autumn!
Calling leads to an automated voice message claiming theyre open 8am-4pm. Asking for a representative leads to no one is available. Go there in person and a sign that says testing is available from 8am to 11am and 2 to 4pm. 3 hour lunch or?
RUDE and unprofessional! I get labtests every 3 months. I went to this location twice and will NEVER go there again. The staff is RUDE! Also, I told the plebotomist i prefer my right arm because my veins are better and do not roll. She argued with me that she wanted to do the left arm (she never looked at the veins, it was just more convenient for her due to how the chair was situated.) I explained that I have gotten poked with needles and IVs hundreds of times over the years and know my body and want my right arm used. I had to ask for her supervisor to come in (who also had an attitude) since she grabbed my left arm and ignored my request. When I left, I immediately called LabCorp and reported them.

After signing in, the service was fast and efficient.However, while I was there I noticed another client become upset with the staff because she wasn’t allowed to bring her newborn baby into the testing area. No fault to the staff but I’m sure she left a bad review. Just an FYI, if you’re conducting a drug screen for employment don’t bring someone that can’t be left unattended. Will the job allow you to bring your baby to work??? Just an observation..
I set an appointment the day before. I showed up early to my appointment. They took me a few minutes early and I was out in ten.Everyone was civil and professional, except when the orderly stopped supervising me to pick up the phone, and then held on the conversation while handling my sample.It was definitely a business related call, not personal, but they still shouldnt be handling samples while in the phone.Facility needs more parking, and east side stairway terminates at a private office, so use the west stairwell.
THE WORST COMPANY I DONT KNOW HOW ANY OF THEM ARE STILL IN BUSINESS. They completely lost my urine drug test and didn’t even tell me. They’ve always had the worst service and attitude. I’ve been on hold with them for at least three hours and they always just hang up the phone.
I would give negative 5 stars if I could. Rude people with nasty attitude. Absolutely and utterly unprofessional. A DMV would be a 5 star experience compared to these women. I had to go for work drug screening. I called in the morning to get details and I was treated like an errand child on the phone and was addressed as sweetheart, sweetie, etc as if she was doing me a favor by explaining things. Absolutely terrible.I checked in and then I was asked to wait while all the ladies caught up on domestic gossip. Although nowhere on my detailed email did it mention that I couldnt be there before 2 pm. I took a late lunch to finish this screening - it would have been very helpful if I knew that when I called in the morning. They acted like they somehow owned me and my life depended on her majestys favors......I do not wish to see their faces again EVER.

Labcorp did a great job! Danielle is extremely patient and good at what she does! She even gave my daughter tips on how to get through a blood draw without anxiety. Thank you for giving us a great experience.
This place is completely inappropriate and very unprofessional I would never recommend this place to anyone. The staff is completely rude they walk away from. And when you’re at the window waiting they ignore you. Very poor service. Beyond upset.
I got to LabCorp early before they opened. The staff arrived and they treated me fine. Im unsure of what everyone is complaining about. I was treated with respect and even joke around a little w/the staff.
100% terrible. No customer service skills what so ever. Rude, unresponsive, sassy and all the above. Ive waited over an hour for a drug test that I had an appointment for and they have taken 2 people ahead of me. When asked when I would be able to drop, the front desk lady told me to hold it like a big boy. I do not write reviews or bash people because I have worked in customer service but this is disgraceful.
Read all the bad reviews but made an appointment anyway. Was scheduled at noon was in and had everything done by 1217. The receptionist and lab tech were very curtious and easy going. The way you act is gonna determine how well you are treated.
I wouldn’t give any stars personally, I went there Saturday 9/15/2017 at 11:35 and they denied me and said, they could no longer see me because “my blood needed to sit and coagulate for 30 minutes” which made no sense to me, the “technician” just look like she wanted to go home and not to mention how rude she was about delivery the message. I called LabCorp customer service ON THE SPOT and they AGREED, she lied and that is not their procedure unless it was a drug test screening, which it was not. Overall AVOID this location, workers seem to be lazy and non caring.
I would say that this place is about as pleasant as the DMV, but Ive had better experiences at the DMV. Check in happens at a tablet, and if you approach the receptionist, you are pointed back to the tablet. After signing in, the receptionist calls you up to question you about your orders, and the questioning is like that of an interrogator. She is very brisk and rude sounding as she asks who ordered the lab work. If you dont have an appointment, you can expect to wait hours without any acknowledgement waiting for someone else to not show up for their appointment, and if you ask when you will be called, you are told you should have made an appointment. The window is sometimes left open, so you may enjoy the drama of the loud talking employees as they discuss personal business.
Set up an appt online, went in for my drug test for school. Very quick and very nice staff!
Others have detailed the excessive waiting and seemingly apathetic attitude of the staff, so I wont go into that any further. Im a doctor, and my bigger concern is improper specimen handling. I wont go into detail on it here, but the phlebotomist I was with did not handle the tubes properly once they were filled, which has the potential to affect the test results. Anyone who has a problem with this lab, should inform corporate. Posting it here helps others know, but the LabCorp corporate should be informed of these problems directly. Go to Lab Corps website and review the lab there as well.
I had a great experience. I walked in to get blood drawn. I was called in about 5 minutes after I checked in. The woman drawing my blood was very kind. She got me in and out in no time.
The attention is terrible. They dont have respect for patients. Should be 0 starts.
Worse place ever! Unprofessional, major attitude! Never even got to ask my own question without being harrassed.
I went there at 7:45 and waited until 8:15 to get my lab request entered. I finally gave up and left. The receptionist is very slow. I had several people ahead of me waiting to get their labwork entered and everybody was very unhappy at the inefficiency of staff here. Not going back here again. Labcorp needs some serious improvement.
Avoid if you can; there are better facilities and can have better experience.

The woman there behaves like judge in a court room. She made me wait in the exam room for 15 minutes while she was chit chatting non business things with a delivery person.
Its no point making reservation online ....I made reservation two days in advance and got on time but waited for hours !
CHECK HOURS ONLINE before you make the appointment. The Naperville location allows appointments to be made outside of actual business hours. Five of us waited there for blood work (we fasted) and the office was never going to be open. We all even have confirmation emails saying the date, time and location. Trying to call and get an explanation, we are hung up on.
The attitude from the staff is very bad. I can tell she hates her job. Very unprofessional. Never go back again.
