We had an excellent experience with Brian and with MRW and would highly recommend MRW Truck and Trailer Repair!

If you are a regular customer, you may not want to come here. Those guys are dealing mainly with commercial fleet customers. Dont be surprised if they make fun of you and keep your vehicle for days without clear answer. I had better experience in the past with them but I cant say that anymore. I am not returning

Had to call first thing in the morning for Roadside Assistance as I had one of our trucks on the side of I-88 E. Steve was very friendly and helpful. Road Tech called, fixed the problem right away and my driver is back on the road! Very friendly, timely, and efficient! Would definitely recommend! Thank you MRW!!!

I went to MRW on 01/20/21 beause I was having a problem with my Fifth wheel on my Freightliner. I called and spoke with Brian who stated they could take a look at it same day. Once I arrived I was checked in and was immediately put in a bay. The mechanic, Jeff found the problem immediately and of course repaired the issue!! I was out the door within an hour!!! I had been at a repair shop earlier that day and was told my Fifth wheel would need to be rebuilt....even though I had it rebuilt in October!! That didnt sound right so I googled repair shops and found MRW. I am so happy I did!!! They were extremely professional, prompt, efficient and HONEST!!! Thanks for a great job Jeff and MRW!!!
