I DO NOT RECCOMEND, ALWAYS LATE, and a few NO SHOWS. Missed 2 post op surgery appointments in a week, the appointments are very important due to the facial reconstruction (from a car accident)that has become infected.You would think for a company dealing with medical, it would be a priority to get patient to their appointment. Dispatch is no help either. Did NOT find a replacement ride. As a business owner I find it is most important to make things right for your customer even more so in the medical field. This isnt some fun event, THIS it is a MEDICAL appointment that is NECESSARY. They are very UNPROFESSIONAL and UNETHICAL.100% Do NOT RECOMMEND.

NDT IS EITHER LATE OR DONT SHOW UP AT ALL. I have to reschedule appointments a lot of the times. My insurance make the ride appts, so I get no say as to what company picks me up, even if I complain to them, NDT first care about their customers. If I could rate them a 0 I would.

I had a very traumatizing experience happen to me while with a female driver. I was recovering from a tbi at the time and made the driver aware of my condition. She started to talk to me about her divorce and her ex-husband and I told her that I was very uncomfortable with the conversation. At the same time, she was picking up and dropping off another client so she was driving very erratically and stopping forcefully. I asked her to please be more gentle with the brakes- my head was in a lot of pain. She then proceeded to scream at me that if Im so sensitive I should have an ambulance take me- by the way, she drives patients to and from medical appointments. Her yelling at me was so bad that I asked her to leave me off somewhere and she told at me to get out. Ive never met such an evil person that would treat someone recovering from a brain injury like that. She deserves to be fired.

Today was NDT’s fourth no show for my medical transportation.Office is full of pathological liars.

I have ridden with them for about 3 years to my medical appointments. I couldnt ask for better.

They cancelled without informing.

They didnt show for both rides as was arranged by the insurance company. They had no idea on what happened to the driver!! How lame is that.

My husband had an appointment at 11:30 am, and we called for the service 24 hrs before, and still they were hour and a half late, how can they do business like that, hope they look at the reviews they are getting. Worst company and very unprofessional. Cannot blame the drivers, its the dispatch and the company.

This company is pure unreliable trash! I had a Saturday morning drs. appointment. They were scheduled to pick me up. Never received a call. They didnt even show up! Second time, I was scheduled again with them for a 9 a.m Drs appointment 40 mins away from my home. Driver finally shows up at 8:53! No choice but to reschedule. This time my drs appointment is at 9:30.Driver calls at last minute at 8:55 and tells me he wont be able to pick me up until 9:30! These clowns are ridiculous!

I’ve rode with them multiple times and each time was a bad experience. From them being over an hour late to not showing up at all. Unprofessional drivers and dispatch.

I called yesterday afternoon and booked a taxi to pick me up at my apartment in Aurora at 5:30AM to take me to work off Warrenville Rd in Naperville, quoting the ride at $35. I called dispatch after nobody showed up for 15 minutes, and the guy on the phone said he would try to get a hold of the driver. After a minute or so of him clacking away at the keyboard, he says he cant reach the driver, but he could get somebody else to me in 20 minutes. I was about to tell him to forget it, that Id call a different company, when a driver named Mark calls my phone, saying hes 20 minutes away. I tried to tell him that I was going to get a different cab, but he said Id have tough luck finding another cab on a Monday morning, so I told him to come anyway. When he did show up, just after six, he called my phone and I got into a pretty decent taxi van. It was clean and didnt smell or anything, so that was nice. Mark said he didnt get the notice to pick me up until 5:47, but he apologized for dispatch screwing up. Mark was nice, and talkative, but not too much. He honored the $35 quote dispatch had given me yesterday, even though he said that the distance should have made it closer to $50. I gave him a $9 tip after we got to my work at 6:25AM, which was honestly faster than I expected. I rarely, if ever, use taxis, but Ill probably end up using these guys again next time I need one. But if I do, Ill make certain to call dispatch before my pickup time to make sure they actually sent someone.

No good stay away

This company is ran poorly I would not recommend this company. Every other day the drivers was late on schedule pick up times. At times my mother n law didnt attend her appointment because driver never showed up for pickup. This company put so much stress on my family. My mother n law is a elderly and she would wait 45 mins or more after her schedule pick up time. I would get calls from her while I was at work because her transportation never showed up. I would then call the company and address the issue and they would have all kind of excuses why the driver was late. After all this they dropped/refused my mother n law from her scheduled pick ups because there driver show up a whole hour late for her appointment and I told the driver she missed her appointment because you are to late. The very next day they dropped her because I cancel the trip...tell me why in the world would I send her to a appointment she missed. Sad service save yourself the headache....if I could rate a 0 I would.

I had a ride scheduled to The Miles Square Health cntr in Chicago today. I was under the impression from the driver Danny, during the ride/drive, that I would be driven back to the group home in Dupage County that Id come from - after my appointment. This was misleading in more than one sense. So After I exit the building . I had received zero contact from any transportation company . I had called the taxi Inc. And it was made evident supposedly that i hadnt scheduled a round trip (afterthought) that the driver for the return blew me off and also it was mentioned that Id be waiting over an hour for another ride ! I took note of this and tried to call any contacts and Meridianhealth transport. I went through several times the entire identification process only to be put on hold 4 times and In the End. I was informed by both the insurance company and this taxi service that no drivers were available, at all, to bring me home safely . ! *

Taxi driver stole my bank card and used it. She was caught by ME and the Loves Park PD. The surveillance cameras at the gas station showed everything that needed to be seen even entering my zip code. The police ordered her to pay me my money back and sent the case to the states attorneys office so she got busted!!!! Im really disappointed that a driver would steal from anyone and it was a trip for my daughter for surgery at Luries childrens hospital. Horrible horrible horrible! Beware of your bank cards if you get a taxi ride from her.

They were fast and efficient. They took me straight to my destination instead of the scenic route. The ride back was great they actually care about me as a person.

I had a great ride with them. The car was clean and pretty neat. The driver I had was nice and courteous. He knew where he was going and got me to where I needed to be quickly. Id most likely use them again.

HORRIBLE!!! dont waste your time. And if your getting them through medical transport call and get another service. Its simply amazing that this company is in business. COMPLETELY awful

Late pickup ...

Worst Company ever. I scheduled a ride Three times in one day with these people. They never get anything as they say. I’m 9 months pregnant so I have to ride with them through my insurance. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Then have a nerve to get smart like they’re not making you miss important appointments.

I would say that they had awful service, but I cant even justify that, considering they never even showed up. I scheduled a ride to the airport and 15 minutes after the pick up time I called them and they pretty much said, oh well, sorry. Theres no driver for you. Dont waste your time with this company.

They were scheduled to pick up my 87 year old father from the dialysis center. The taxi shows up almost an hour late and the driver was arguing with us. We had to drive at night to pick him up as the taxi was MIA for almost 55 mins past the scheduled time. And then the driver was arguing that we were picking him up while he was there not realizing that if he showed up on time we would not have to come.

Worst service around!!! Scheduled 3 times by the insurance company for pick and drop off. No showed twice and today answered and Rudely hung up on me when I called ask where they were at. Then didnt answer the next 3 calls or the 3 from the insurance company agent!!!!!! Cowardly at best. Worst of the worst!!!! Why take the reservation and confirm it the day before and not show up?!?!?!?!?!?!?

The service was absolutely amazing. Arrived right on time. The ride was really fast and the driver was super nice. I have absolutely no complaints and I highly recommend them.

My insurance company uses them for all my Doctors appointments. Drivers are nice and friendly.

Called ahead and booked a reservation for 20 people to and from multiple locations- the drivers were great- super friendly and kept in communication all night. They were never late and got us where we needed to go by the time we specified. Thank you!

Ask for *DARREN*Best service hands down driver called me two minutes after i ordered the cab gave me an eta and was right on time highly recommend callin i use this company for the last three weekends in a row and i now have a personal guy by the name of *Darren* very friendly courteous and prompt ask for *Darren* if your in need of a taxi he will make sure you get where your going safe and fast 😁

This is the worst taxi service in the state of Illinois. Horrible communication, unreliable, unprofessional, ridiculous rates, rude, and have the tendency to be late all the time. This company should not be open for business, its unfortunate how this taxi service even exist for business. Please do not use this service, you will be sorry and highly upset. If you decide to still go with this taxi service you can never say someone didnt warn you! Beware! O yeah and WHEN you have a bad experience with this company because you will, they politely block your number (in other words put you on the do not call list!) Thats real professional.

This company is a joke. I ordered a taxi the day before for the airport, and the driver showed up 20 minutes late, without calling. I had to call them 3 times to try and figure out where they were. They said that they read the address wrong and then the dispatcher gave them the wrong number to call. Bottom line, the driver was late and lied about it and caused me to almost miss my flight for the most important business meeting I had this year. Horrible company.

Spectacular service! I was in a bind and they went above and beyond to help me out. Will certainly use again next time Im in Naperville!

Don’t entertain this company!!!! This transportation was arranged by my medical insurance provider as I was in a horrible accident and need assistance to medically necessary appointments as of recent. Obviously my medical insurance company did not do their due Dillingence when choosing a transportation company to contract with. I was called at 9:57 am telling me the driver had a doctors appointment herself and would need to pick me up an hour and a half before my apt. I explained I had another dr apt apt, and would be back an hour prior to my apt which would be a 12 pm pick up for 1 pm apt. She said she would have to get another driver for me. A different driver called me at 11:52 pm to tell me my 12 pm pick up would be pushed back to 12:30. I explained I can’t be late for apts as they could reschedule me or charge me. I said I don’t have a choice and I hope to see you at 12:30. I Then called my speech therapist and physical therapist to let them know I would be late for both apts. then at 12:19 the driver called me back to say he was stuck in traffic and would not be able to get me and I needed to call his dispatcher. I asked for the number as I scheduled transportation through my insurance originally. I Got the phone number to call and Called the service. Male at naperville dupage taxi was rude and yelling at me. I yelled back. Male told me i would have made my apt had I accepted the ride for an hour and a half before my apt. Again... I was at another dr apt earlier so that wasn’t possible. First... don’t place the blame on me. I’m not the one at fault here. He didn’t offer another driver at all. Then he told my medical care transportation company that I denied the ride from them. I would never have cancelled or denied transportation as this is extremely imperative I make these appointments. I am a brain injury survivor who has waited 20 weeks for medically necessary therapy. Their lack of respect, honesty, professionalism, and courtesy goes beyond imagination. I urge you to read the reviews, carefully weight your options and write a complaint to the better business bureau or your medical provider if this is medical transportation. No service should run this way. Word of mouth can be your worst enemy. Retention in any business is key.... except this company. Having a 2.5 star rating tells everything right there. As consumers We rely on transportation To be reliable and safe. As a previous business owner, treating consumers as I would want to be treated is imperative. Horrific experience!!!!

Taxi driver, Brian, got in an extremely embarrassing fight with a costumer at a Jewel Osco this evening. He was very aggressive and inappropriately talking to another man around many families and children. If he were there to pick me up I wouldve rather walked home. I would never use this service after seeing that.

Taxi was an hour late. The car was dirty inside and smelled like old food and body odor. The brakes were squeaking horribly. This company just doesnt know good service. Totally below mediocrity. Needless to say, I will not be calling this company back.

I called at 11am for a 12pm pick up. This company never showed up, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited until 12:10 before I called. The dispatcher obviously forgot or missed that I had called previously and scheduled a pick up an hour in advance. He said he would get a driver out to me in 5 minutes. the driver then called saying he would be at my location in 15 min, I asked him not to come at all because I had to get to the train in 13 min. because i didnt have time to call another company I had to drive myself and run to the train to make it in time. I will never use this company again because I never even recieved an apology or acknowledgment that they made a mistake.

Called for a cab pick up for the airport a full day in advance, and was told the driver would call us 30 minutes before pickup. Called 15 before pick up to confirm everything was on schedule after we never received a call, and was told our cab would still be there by 9 AM. After that the cab never showed up, and all of our calls went straight to a full voicemail box. This is the worst cab service weve ever used. STAY AWAY unless you want to miss your flight.

I just called three times and was hung up on three times without even speaking to a person.

Told me 45 minutes to an hour waited longer than a hour and when i called to see they put me on hold for like 10 minutes worst service ever and told me it be another 45 minutes to pick me up waiting outside in 92 degree weather

Full of crap is what this service is I missed a meeting and lost a client when they stated a time for pick up and took 3 times as long before I finally canceled they cost me 20k in business and if there were a way to take it out of their lazy lying butts I would!
