The heater needed a new hot surface ignition, they were here within 4 hours with the part and were out in less than an hour after successfully fixing it. These guys are great! Sam was my tech, and he was fantastic. He came got right to work, and figured out the problem pretty quickly and was done in about an hour. The reason I gave four stars is because when I called I was told a specific time, 8am. I called in the morning and was told that it was a 2 hour time window instead. On top of that I got rescheduled from 8 to 10 to 10 to 12. I also feel like their price was a little expensive, but overall even with these two things, Im pretty happy with the service and would recommend them to others.
