Matt Twardoez (not sure if that’s how you spell it) was so awesome. I live in California, my tenant walked into this, then had to leave town. I was freaking out. Not seeing anything for myself, Houston’s a few photos, he walked me through everything. I haven’t lived there since 2013, I couldn’t even get a visual of where things were!He also put super detailed notes on the invoice for me. He was my “eyes on they ground” and I couldn’t be more thankful! He also had to navigate how to get in my unit with garage codes, strange hallways & doors *** thanks awesome office staff for letting me send you photos to explain to him so perfectly! Can’t thank you enough Matt 🙏🏻I’ve used a right to do all of my seasonal maintenance and broken air conditioning is through the years, this is the first time no one could be there in person. Terry has been doing the maintenance of our heating and air conditioning for many years for several reasons. He is reliable and always shows when we need him. We can depend on him to keep the equipment maintained at its best condition. If we have any questions he answers them completely.I have watched him do the work and he checks every important detail in the equipment that should be checked.We have had very few problems with our heating and air conditioning systems and we feel Terry has been responsible for preventing any issues with his complete technique.

Nick was able to diagnose and fix the problem very quick and was also able to explain the problem plainly so I didn’t have any issues understanding what was going on. He also took the time to look at and answer questions about unrelated issues with the AC which I really appreciated.

I have been using Air-Rite for over 10 years with different companies I have worked for. I am not sure what changes they have had recently but I have had horrible communication issues with them. At no point were they clear on what the visits would cost and were only concerned with locking me into a maintenance plan. Also, it is now 10 days later and their promise to have us fixed by the end of the week did not happen. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend them.

We had used a competitor for a number of years. They were recently purchased by another Chicago firm. After their annual maintenance our A/C unit did not work. After 3 more visits with different techs- but still didnt work. We called Air- Rite and their technician did more in 1/1/2 hours than their competitor has done in 5 years. He was outstanding!!!!

The Air-Rite guys were great. Joe was very responsive, gave me a quote quickly and set up a time to install by the following week. The installers arrived on time and worked nonstop until they got the job done. The bonus for me is that they were the original installers of the HVAC system 17 years ago, and glad I could use their services again.

Ralph came to my place and gave a thorough inspection of my A/C unit and provided couple recommendations. After approving those recommendations, he was quick to get those jobs done. He also provided great advice on how to take care of the A/C unit especially for my townhouse. Awesome job!

Jason in sales was very thorough and offered a very fair price. He was able to get it scheduled for install first thing the next day.Jeff did the install and it went perfectly. He showed up a little early which was great as we had no heat! He was very will to answer any questions I had about the new system. After the job was complete he did a great job of cleaning up.I will definitely us them for service, great experience.

After another HVAC company quoted us $2,500 to fix water leaking onto the filter in our AC unit, I called Air-Rite. They came out the same day and repaired the unit for over $2,000 less than I was quoted by the other company. We did continue having some minor issues after the first tech came out, but Air-Rite sent another tech who more than resolved the problem and didn’t even charge us for the return visit! Professional and considerate techs (wore booties and masks inside), and very nice people overall. Will continue using them should I have any other issues.

HVAC techs were great! They were respectful by wearing masks and covering their shoes, showed great attention to detail and explained what they were doing every step of the way while answering all my questions about my system.

We built our house in 2002. Weve used these guys almost since the beginning. They have service plans based on yearly checkups, and the plans are WELL worth it. Just sold the house, and of course AC quit working. Took an initial visit to diagnose the problem, a 12hr wait for system to reset, they were back the next day - as promised, and initiated by them (no calls from me, no need to question time window, they just called and said - were on our way) AC is backup and running perfectly, reasonable charge for coolant and visit. Great work, and solid, great people. Every person from the company thats ever come here has great product and system knowledge, great repair experience, and REALLY personable and more importantly, nice. No attitudes, no talking down, no shaming, nothing but supportive and flexible. If you dont know or understand, they take the time to explain. No pushy upsales, no pressure to fix something / anything. They just explain options and accept your choice. Again, they will explain what the choices are, top to bottom. If you choose cheapest bandaid, they accept it, and get on with it.

We called Air-Rite after our furnace was blowing cold air. A technician came out same day and was able to make the repair. He cautioned us that our furnace was on its last legs, which we knew. Our furnace, originally installed by Air-Rite, was almost 25 years old. We decided to purchase a new HVAC system, and Air-Rite deducted the cost of the service call. Jason came out the next day and went over our options. He was not pushy in the slightest. We decided to upgrade to a smart thermostat, and he was very knowledgeable about it and about the rebates we were eligible for. We had the new HVAC system installed a few days later. The installation was fast, less than 5 hours. they were courteous, wore masks and shoe covers and cleaned up after themselves. We recommend Air-Rite.

Worker who came to clean old furnace explained clearly what repairs were needed so that I was able to make a confident decision about replacing the system. I trusted Air Rite because they installed the original system when the house was built, and they serviced it for 25 years. The men who installed the new system were professional and explained how long the process would take, which was only about six hours. Rob was very helpful in setting up the service and letting me know what to expect.

Love Air-Rite! Recently had our a/c and furnace replaced. Rob came out right away once we called and had the quote to us the same day. They were able to come within a week and do the entire job. They came on time, were quick, clean, super friendly and did an awesome job overall! The whole team is wonderful! We’ve had them out numerous times before this due to a/c and furnace issues. They always have given us a number of options as well as what they thought was the best value.

Great service from Rob from AirRite. We had new furnace and thermostat installed in Dec 2020. The new furnace works great and we are very pleased. We have used AirRite for over 17 years and will keep using their great service.

Tech quoted me $580 to install a circuit board in our furnace. When I sorted the part online it listed at $143. Its a small fix that takes 15 minutes to repair. Obviously this company rips off customers and gouges prices, especially in emergencies. I would not recommend Air-Rite. They lack integrity and are worse than a used car salesman.

Although we only had a phone consultation with Jason; for us he came across as extreamly knowledgeable.

Of course, my AC died on one of the hottest weekends of the summer but they made the process as pleasant as possible. The service tech, Nick, was at my home just a few hours after I called, he quickly determined the problem, and explained clearly and in detail why the system wasnt worth saving. He also contacted the sales rep, Rob, who was at my house just an hour later to discuss my options for replacement. A few days later Ken and Steve made short work of the installation and before I knew it my new system was up and running perfectly. Overall a great experience despite the circumstances.

I’ve used Air Rite twice. I called yesterday morning as I noticed a leak in my AC system. They were able to book me an appointment same day, but told me it could be anytime before 5. At 4:50, not having been contacted by anyone, I called again and left a message. I was super frustrated as I had planned to go into the office but stayed home all day to await the technician. I received a call around 6:30 pm explaining that there had been a miscommunication on their end. I informed the lady that I was frustrated that my time had been wasted and intended to contact another company. She informed me that she could get someone out that night and was willing to offer me a discount because of the inconvenience. The technician, Dan, was at my house within an hour and was very kind and thorough. I truly appreciated that Air Rite took responsibility for the error and did what it could to remedy the situation. My issue was remedied and I am happy to not have to spend another 90• + day without AC. Things happen but Air Rite really did but this customer first.

Ive been using this company for 17 years since my condo was built. They actually installed my furnace and air conditioner. I always request Terry because hes both professional and friendly. He checks everything thoroughly and doesnt recommend things to make money, only necessary repairs. You have to be careful because some companies are not to be trusted. I also feel very comfortable with Terry because I know him and know what to expect. I do feel that your prices are a little high but you get what you pay for.

Air Rite has consistently provide us excellent service for 11 years. Ralph W has been out to our home for both routine servicing as well as fixing our heat during the polar vortex. We are very happy customers and can highly recommend Air-Rite.

They did a great job replacing my heater and thermostat. Installed a ecobee thermostat. Also pulled new wire to allow the thermostat to control my humidifier. Very professional and skilled. New furnace is so much quieter then the old one.

Air-Rite put in our original Carrier furnace and air conditioner 20+ years ago. They did such a good job that we decided to use them again.Jason Rubio, the Air Rite Project Manager, is extremely knowledgeable about the Carrier line of furnaces and air conditioners. They took the necessary precautions required during this period of COVID-19.
