Im pretty sure the guy who came out was Andrew. Great dude with good service. He did a great job in clearing to giant wad of roots from my toilet! Said hed never seen anything like it, but he got it done for a great price and didnt complain once! Haha. Great plumber!

We needed our septic tanks cleaned out. They came quickly and with total professionalism. Great team.

Called them to do a septic bid along with general plumbing issues. I cannot say enough good things about the people that came to do the work. Nick and Jason were thoughtful, incredibly patient and answered all my questions. Also very pleasant to work with. We have done multiple bids for this job, and these two definitely made the decision for us as these are who we would like to work with by a mile.

Life in the country with an old septic system isnt always fun, so it was great to have the Mr Rooter team, led by Jose, quickly respond, diagnose, and repair my clogged lines. All involved were friendly, courteous, and professional. Not an insignificant expense but the guys worked the better part of the day.

Andrew Jaeger completed two projects. He did an excellent job. He was pleasant and professional. I couldnt be happier. Ive used Mr Rooter for a number of years and theyve always met expectations.

Call for a toilet clog. Jose came out on the same day to take a look at it. He then got pulled away by an emergency but showed up in the morning exactly when he said he would. Fixed our issue and was extremely professional the whole time. He explained everything and showed me what the issue was and how to look for it in the future. If you are in Napa I can not speak highly enough for how great an experience you will have with Mr. Rooter.

Worst company ever!!! After two weeks of a repair was told that I need to pay again to have them look at water leak.

Paid $250 Still have a clogged bathtub and a huge hole in my wall!!Wanted to charge me $2200 to fix it shoot I could almost remodel my bathroom for that much!!!!!!!

Ive had three jobs done by Jason, Michael Smith, Adam, Kenny and Robert. They replaced the water main coming into the house, replaced the water heater, and replaced the sewer pipe running from the house to the street.They gave me an estimate and stuck to it. They showed up on time and worked tirelessly until the job was done. They were courteous and friendly, and even helped me with financing.They were happy to show me the materials they were using and tell me about the work they were doing. I could see that I was getting a quality replacement pipe and water heater, and at a decent price.Youre not going to go wrong with these guys.

Right there to sell you a story about how we needed a new main sewer line after clearing tje line.We did not know we were really speaking to a sales rep...on commission who lead us to assume he was an experienced plumber.Wanted us to hurry up and commit verbally to an exploritory survey dig estamate $$$$ on the property. Mistake.Estimate was so vaguely written I asked for a more specific one and the guy said I was making it more confusing than it needed to be.And he really didnt want to give out any email address so you can communicate with their people in any written form. Doesnt seem ethical. Company also own Silverado Plumbing.Disappointing experience so far...in so many ways.
