Priscilla made getting an appointment date and time very easy. I’m still waiting for a call back from other services🙄. I will definitely use them again!

We have American Sanitation Porta Potties at 2 different job sites in 2 different counties and both are very clean and well maintained each week. No smell at all! The office staff, Priscilla in particular, has been fantastic and easy to work with. I am very pleased with the quality of service and the pricing, much less than other local companies.

I used American Sanitation for a portable toilet I needed while remodeling our home. American sanitation was able to get a toilet to me same day I called. Kyle and the rest of the office were super friendly and helpful. The route driver was consistent and cleaned our toilet each week leaving it spotless and fully restocked.

I used American Sanitation while remodeling my bathroom. The service was great right from the start. No automated system, I was able to actually talk to someone to place my order. Kristie was very friendly and had my toilet delivered on time. From the office to the delivery driver and the guy who would come clean my toilet, they were all great to work with and would highly recommend.

I had an event over the weekend and was cancelled on last minute Friday by another place and my water went out. I needed some quick and same day delivery luckily Priscilla F was able to help me with better pricing than prior as well as same day delivery. Great customer service and friendly to work with .

I gotta say these guys are the “bees knees”. Kyle provided me with beautiful double vip unit for a socially distanced gathering that I was having at my house. Dropped it off right where I needed it. It was so clean and sterile. Everyone complimented me on how nice and convenient they were. By the time I was done with them those suckers were pretty heavy. Weve been in business for 25+ years & have used all of the Cos at one time or another but we have been with American since they came to Sonoma County & we fully intend to continue with them. After several horrible dealings with United Site Services from wrong toilets being delivered, to unit not getting serviced and even having my credit card charged multiple time in a month for more expensive units that I didnt even rent, I finally canceled my service with them. Then I heard about American Sanitation from a friend that uses them who said that they are the best portable toilet company around and are family owned and operated and not a huge corporation like United Site Services. American Sanitation was able to provide me with the toilets I needed and even delivered them the same day I placed the order. American Sanitation has been consistent and thorough with all their weekly scheduled services/cleanings and are less expensive than their competitor. American Sanitation office staff is super friendly and pleasant to talk with and very helpful.
