Nice gym with nice members and fun spin classes. I love the pool after a hard workout!

Basic fitness center. Treadmills, machines, free weights, rowing machines, and stretching area. Good rig for pullups anf other body weight exercise. Staff is pleasant. Locker rooms are nice. This is a no frills place where you can do a solid self guided workout.
