I said I was in a huge rush for the computer so they said it would take a week to repair my charging port. I called them often and instead of a week,they took a month. Their excuse was suggesting war on vacation and someone else was sick. I got it home and still issues with charging so I bought a new cord. When I finally got the new cord, I realized the charging port still sucks. I paid $$$for nothing. Very unhappy with their service, attitude and technical ability.

Brought my laptop in because the battery wouldnt charge. They had it for nine days. Final result, no problem found, they said they removed some malware that might have been the problem. They said the battery was charging. Got it home and it would not charge. Bought a new battery, took it to Best Buy Geek Squad. They opened the laptop and the battery had expanded to the point that the back was lifting up.Clearly there was something terribly wrong. Bottom line...… it needed a new battery. After installing the new battery, it still wouldnt charge so I went online to see if anyone else was having this problem. Turned out to be a Microsoft issue with Windows 10. Followed the directions in this post and it fixed the problem. This company charged me $60 and did absolutely nothing but keep my laptop for nine days. Really disappointing service.

Went here for a simple fan cable that I didnt want to order online and wait for. He had what I needed and it was only slightly more expensive than online. Nice guy and cool shop.

Update: owner was great and gave me a good deal.I recommend working with the owner or his son. Great store.prices are crazy high. Staff didnt seem knowledgeable and they were not open by 10 like the siad. The store is disorganized and dusty. This is the only new/used in the area. I was a senior sales rep for PC Club and a head tech for P.C. discounters, this is not a well rounded shop. It lacks presentation, organization, functionality. I will try again within 30 days and update my review.

If you use their service dont expect your repair to be done early as it is the last day or maybe a day late to return your computer. Staff and service is what is expected but nothing exceptional. Better than the competition as they dont even want your business.

I have been a good customer since they we in Karcher mall, always have been treated good until my last visit. They couldnt do what I asked and for 2 weeks having to drive down there 5 different times, they still havent done what they said and now out 40 bucks and they seem to forget about their very first customers, they could of given me a credit for further work, they have gone way down hill. Gonna have to find another place, one that cares about customer service.

Looking to upgrade my gfs 15 year old laptop and went here to see what they had for my price range. Salesman was very friendly and explained that most of the stuff in my range wouldnt be much better than what we had and didnt wanna sell me anything that wouldnt be better than what we had currently and that if i wanted better options what my price range would be.

Ive been coming here for years mostly because of the outstanding customer service and their knowledge of Misty things electronic.

We took the computer that my Mother had given us into ABI Computer to have all the old programs removed and to install a new security system installed. Alex also told us that they do house calls. We took Alex up for the home visit to install Word on the new computer and tie it into our HP 6835 printer. He also removed a virus and installed the new security system on my Windows 10 computer all at a very reasonable price. Ive already highly recommended different people to use ABI Computer for their computer problems.

My computer would not power up, so I took it to ABI hoping to get my power supply replaced but was told that not only was my power supply bad but my motherboard and hard drive as well. Recommended a new computer, which I purchased. I found out later that my motherboard and hard drive was fine. After being contacted by Mark Sweet ABI has offered a full refund and to work on customer communication skills.

I recommend this shop to my family and friends. Bought a used Acer laptop 4 years ago and it is still working like champ.

I have been doing business with Mark for over 15 years and have always found him and his staff to be extremely helpful. Other than a long wait on hold a few times (they were really busy at the time) my experiences with ABI have been very positive. I have built 3 computers, one for my son and two for myself, and have had plenty of support. I recondition computers to donate and have found those older parts I needed, as well as the latest peripherals. I have yet to have a bad experience with these folks. They truly stand behind their products and have saved me a lot of money in the long run. I will do business with Mark and his crew as long as they are there.

This place and people are Awesome

If I could leave zero stars I would. We needed a simple fix on one computer part and when we picked it up and put it back into the computer it fried our motherboard and processor. They denied the fact that they returned it to defective and would not refund us. They did not acknowledge thatbthey messed up. My husband builds computers and has been successful for many years. He knows what he is doing and they played dumb and gave him answers that didnt even make sense. We will not be returning or recommending them to anyone we know. We had recommended ABI for years to alot of our friends that build computers but were going to be warning them now. Dont go here for fixes unless you want your computer to be ruined and hundreds of dollars to go down the drain.
