Usually I repair phones myself but I didnt have the time and I would have had to order parts. They were able to get it fixed the same day.The only thing I didnt like was that the prices I got over the phone were cheaper then when I got in the store but they honored what they had said on the phone. So maybe they had just misspoke.Overall I think they did a great job and I would recommend them.

My husband and I love 360 wireless. My phones battery was starting to swell and the back cover was peeling off.. went in to the Merdian store and they didnt have a battery for me so they called and this location did. Went in, gave them my phone for about 1.5 hours and my phone runs like it is brand new. Highly recommend

I bought this phone there. Its a galaxy S20+ & I really like it. My old phone became so slow that it was just irritating to try to do things with it. I love this phone.

Needed a good used iPhone. Isaac had several choices. After I made my selections Isaac went over an beyond helping me set a few things up that confused me. I left happy. I felt the prices were reasonable and the warranty good.

On Saturday I shattered the glass on my iPhone. Needless to say, I was frantically looking for a repair location. I was referred to 360 Wireless. I went home and looked them up and made an online appointment for the next morning. Javier was outstanding!! Very pleasant and informative. He had my phone looking like brand new within the timeframe we discussed. I would/will return to this store again if I need repairs. They are really nice to work with.

Hands down the best around town!!! I had a phone I was wanting front and back replaced. I had some photos of my dad who passed away and they were able to repair my phone while keeping all its contents. On top of that I got a discount for doing both the back and front! And than on top of that when my phone was ready I went in and I ended up not having enough for the complete total(10$ Short) the guy was kind enough to work with me! I ended up saving a total of like 50$ I will continue to use this place for all my other repairs! So understanding and reasonable.

They told me my tablet would be done in 5 days, been over 2 weeks and still not done . Then they acted like its my fault for believing them. I do not recommend this company to anyone, not even my enemies. Finally got my tablet back.Worked fine when it went in. Now my tablet doesnt charge anymore where it did when it went into these guys. The guy told my wife it charges slow, no, it says its charging but the battery never goes up. He tried to sell my wife a new charger for it. We said no because we had one that worked beforehand, now we dont.

Chase helped me twice with my new Iphone. I was in a hurry for work and he got my phone back, working twice- in no time flat. Excellent customer service.

Very unprofessional, i went in with a quote around $30 to fix the screen after i told him it was a Iphone XS, I get down there he said it was going to be $160 to fix it. About a hour later i come back to my phone that is kind of fixed, the Face ID doesn’t even work, then he said since it was a XS it was $200, never going here again or recommending people to go there.

I took my Samsung Note 9 to have the cracked lens over the camera fixed. They quoted me a price 1/3 the price I was quoted at another local business. I also had them replace the camera when I noticed it would not focus. That also was less than 1/2 what I was quoted from the first place. Not only were they MUCH less expensive, they also completed the work in less time. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing cell phone repairs.

I shattered my Samsung Galaxy S7 It was horrible I called all around town and every company was telling me I was 2 weeks out at best to get it fixed! I could not go two weeks without my phone as I use it for business. I Finally called 360 Wireless. They said they could have it fixed same day! Wonderful!. I Took it in and I spoke to a gentleman named Tony who seemed insightful and knowledgeable about the phone and the repair process. So I dropped my phone off left for a couple hours, when I got back it was like magic my phone looked BRAND NEW. The whole experience was great start to finish, they even offered me a year long protection for only 50 dollars! and the best part is if I break it again it will only be 75$! because of the protection plan they were able to offer me!. With this great experience I will Definitely be recommending all my friends and family to 360 Wireless. Oh Also to help prevent this scenario from happening again they sold me a case and a tempered glass for only 25$! Thanks again Tony for helping me out!

Went in to buy a used iPhone. Turned out that the phone had many problems that werent detected when they checked it initially. I called in, worried that they would give me the runaround used product/own risk/nothing we can do. My experience was completely opposite. Javier was awesome, no questions asked, told me to bring in the phone and he would replace it. He was willing to replace the screen protector and case as well which I know were final sale when I bought the original phone. Customer service was awesome and they really took care of me!

AMAZING SERVICE!I went in on a Sunday morning because I woke up to a black screen on my iPhone. I first stopped into Verizon where they proceeded to tell me they wont take my just barely year old, no scratches, dings or damage in for me to get a new one if it wont turn on (I wouldnt want a new one if it worked anyways) so ill have to pay $400 for a new phone and itll raise my monthly bill. Story short I said heck no walked over to 360 wireless where we were told he would look at it but it might take some time as he had other repairs ahead of me, no big deal to me so I left it. A couple hours later he called and said he fixed it! All he had to do was open up the phone, unplug and plug back in the battery and it started right up. THEN he didnt charge me a thing due to how simple it was. I GLADLY would have given him every penny in my wallet just for the way he took care of me with no nonsense! I highly recommend these guys and they will always be my go to when I have phone trouble!
