I do not recommend this store. Go anywhere else for your printing needs. Dishonest staff. Blatant misinformation. They will try to charge you more than what is posted. Such a waste to throw it all in the trash instead of honoring your posted prices and satisfying a customer. You lost my business.

I put in a big print job and received excellent service! Jolene found some streaks on my printed pages. She called me to let me know that she had already called to get the printer serviced. Shortly after, she called again to let me know she was able to get my pages printed without streaks. This was a very important printing job for me, and Jolenes attention to detail and communication ensured I had my project completed with a really high quality!

We went into this Office Depot 3 times in as many days looking for a whole new Office Computer System including desk etc.First day...no service what so ever, after 20 minutes we left the building.2nd day...only customer in the whole building on a Saturday, Aug. 1st, still no service, had to find one of 3 people working for assistance on computers (of which there were only 3 on display, the one on sale flyer not included). Sales woman says she doesnt know anything about the computers and the computer sales associate is on break. Had to wait until after her break, then we were called to the front desk (she did not meet us at the computer area on the floor where we were waiting to ask questions...When we met at the front desk we were told it is not in stock and the Expert started procedure to order the computer on sale add. The Computer expert proceeded to tell us about what we would have to add/do ourselves at home after we purchased said add on items (i.e. graphic cards etc...) explaining they will not do such set up work. This Computer Expert was of no help at all, did not even try to see if one of the computers in stock would meet our needs nor did she EVER ask what those needs were. We left without a purchase. After 2 other stops at other stores (customer service was outstanding in these stores) we purchased exactly what we wanted (and even more) from a very busy and informative young man with ALL add ons installed on the same day! That is $1800 dollars not in your pocket Office Depot!Day 3, we were not ever going to step into the door of Office Depot after the previous experiences... but did anyway. Found a Glass Top Computer Desk that we liked, took the paper sale info displayed on the desk for purchase, shopped for other office items, went to the register to check out and was told the desk was out of stock (even though they had the little paper tabs out for purchase) and would have to be ordered. Once again, we walked out.I have no sympathy with stores like this when they complain that online ordering is killing the brick and mortar stores. They are killing themselves with their lack of customer service! Not to mention...if these items have to be ordered online even if I go into the brick and mortar store, I will do this myself and have them delivered to my door! This is sad since Office Depot was my go to place in the past when we purchased our last 6 computers...Not ever again!

Seems like every time we go to Office Depot we are leaving with something nice that we got at a great value. The people are always chipper and very pleasant. Its one of our favorite places to go for this and that.

I got this call from a caller ID daying Sheriffs Department. The guy said I had a warrant out for my arrest for missing jury duty. Even though I never got a summons. He said I was going to be arrested unless I immediately paid $2,000 to quit the summons, and other very scary stuff. Anyways, I had to go to Office Depot to put it on REload it cards. They gave very good sounding reasons for all this. The nice lady at Office Depot wouldnt sell me the cards, said I was being scammed. And told me to go to the police station and find out if I did have a warrant. I called there, and there was no warrant. I might sound like a stupid person but they were so threatening, with so many details seeming to validate what they were saying. Office Depot saved me $2000, and maybe more meaning my life, since I was supposed to meet them at some police location. For 3 hours they kept me on the phone, while I did all this....because they said I was a flight risk due to the warrant...now I know they didnt want me to talk to anyone about what was happening. Long story. Thanks for training your people well Office Depot.
The store has a school supplies sale every year. This is my first visit to the store and I was not disappointed. I can get all of my office supplies in one place. They even sell coffee! Since most stores have limited office supplies and computers, I plan to return at a later time to find out what kind of specialty items they have that general stores do not.
Hadnt been into this location in years, but I needed an LED lamp today and wasnt willing to wait to have the one in my Amazon cart shipped. I walked in looking for the lamps and couldnt find them. I would have asked an employee, but not only did no one speak to me or ask me if I needed help, not a single employee was seen during my 10 minutes in the store. I eventually found the lamps and none of them were operable, so I couldnt test them to see if they would work.
Went in knowing what I needed and they didnt have what I thought I needed in stock, luckily I told Matt what kind of printer I had. Turns out I didnt have the right part number. What I actually needed they had in stock. Great service, helpful staff.
They can fulfill your basic supply needs but if youre looking for anything specific or unusual, do the online in-store location option, and then call the store to double check that it ACTUALLY is in the store. Do not be fooled by negligent in-store inventory maintenance, it will get you every time! I can never find someone when I need help, so pretty much you have to go ask the cashier, which usually involves waiting in line as there are only two cashier stations at most.
Office Depot lost another long term customer.I cant return anything for the actual price without the receipt. They wanted to give me three dollars for the nine dollar item I had purchased less than two weeks before. The page protectors were in perfect shape, still in the box with the plastic wrap intact. They didnt care that I had my Office Depot card, my I.D., or the credit card used to purchase the item. Nope.So, I have to waste my time, go back to my law office, find the receipt in my bookkeepers files and come back to Office Depot to get the lousy SIX DOLLARS that they owe me anyway.I wont be shopping there any more. They didnt care that I have been a customer for several years. They didnt care that I had spent tens of thousands of dollars at their store. They were more concerned with grabbing SIX DOLLARS than retaining a customer.So be it.
I ordered a toner cartridge online from Office Depot. It was supposed to be delivered in four days. A week after the delivery date it still hadnt been delivered. Then I got an email from Office Depot saying the item HAD been delivered. When I called them to say I didnt have it, they admitted the carrier they used Postal Express had, in fact, NOT delivered the item due to weather. (However, there has been no adverse weather here.) They said the carrier would deliver the item in about four days. Worst service ever. Order online from them at your own risk.

The employees here are amazing, but the store prices are very high and the location is lacking in available products that meet a growing need. a store next door to them has better prices and availability. it needs an improvement.

I was only customer in store. Asked one employee about a computer monitor, she didnt know, had to get someone else.next employee said he worked in printing, but would check if they had any in stock. I said i would purchase one if he could find it. He went to ask manager, neither came back. They went back to whatever the were doing before i interrupted trying to purchase a monitor. 30 minutes wasted.I have been in this store before, customer service is severely lacking. I have finally learned to bypass this store and drive to another.

They had holiday stuff out, but the packing materials were really disappointing. Only stuff in bulk, which I didnt need. The staff was nice, but the store was deserted for a reason.

Before the last couple of months my experiences have been fine, now I will no longer be shopping here. Had rude service and had to make three different trips all the way across town to get my monitor, and STILL ended up not getting one of the cords that was supposed to come with the monitors. It came in one monitor box but not the other, and the staff (Brenda) insisted it did not come with one after I drove all the way back to the other side of town to pick it up. I ended up going out and buying my own cord because I was tired of the annoyance of trying to work with OD staff. I paid full price for a display monitor because the stores online inventory was incorrect and they said they had 2 in stock when they only had one. Did not get a discount of any kind from Mark even after my troubles. Mark did not properly pack my monitor so I had to carry out the monitor stand in my purse. The only reason I gave two stars is because prior to the past six months Ive had ok service, and there was one younger polite male employee with medium length brown hair who agreed it was not cool that the monitor was just thrown in the box. Otherwise, pretty ridiculous.
Store usually is empty (as far as customers), but I always find what Im looking for in a reasonable price. Employees are nice.
