So my Dad has taken his Laptop to this place 3 times alltogether now. 1st time was for Restoring Windows, the second one was for a broken power cord port, and third time was to fix that same power cord port from the second one...Well like i said, He took it there to fix the power cord port because it wasnt charging. The guy said he fixed it and the next day it starts up again...He takes it back and when he just gets it now. its slower than a snail on a highway...My dad has Win7 32bit on his machine. Before taking it in, it was running just smoothly.My dad asks me to look at it when he got it back because it kept freezing on him. So it completely locked up. I restart the machine, and when i log in. Windows Explorer crashes... Hmmm sounds familiar to something a tech support like myself knows about.Come to find out that there is only 1Gb of RAM in the Machine.... If you are not aware, Windows 7 takes 2 Gb MINIMUM to run properly. My dad had at least 4 Gb in there before taking it in. Now it only has 1.My dad tells me he took the motherboard out and put it into a new shell. I dont buy it...Seems like this place has severe lack of accountability, and the reason it is so cheap is obvious its because these people are no better than those people at GEEK Squad...Listen... If you have a hardware broken on your computer. Do not take it to someone who gives you the cheapest price because now my dad is going back for the 2nd time to fix something that should have already been fixed.Your Computer is an investment. Dont treat it like these people have been treating them.... Take it to a Professional!

Robert spent time on my computer and it operates worse now than before he worked on it. Stay away from this organization. It was a total waste of money and time.
