I would like to give it five stars... except for the entrance off the roadway. The machinery does a fair job cleaning but it doesnt get the dried on bugs very well.. equipment is newer, staff is nice. There is a little bit of a turn as you enter but thats fairly traditional of any car wash

Wash is good. Great price if youre a member, recent massive price hikes for non members. Which probably is due to increase in workers. Not sure why there were five people today when only two were needed, except the third one trying to herd cars since either the gate programming seemed to stop working two months ago, or worse was actually changed to be this way. It went from being a well timed stoplight to being a fend for yourself, inches from accident, borderline demolition derby.

Would not recommend them. Been a member for quite a while and the car wash today chipped paint on my new car. Now I have to try and save for a buffer..

Had an issue with a condescending employee and called to talk to the general manager. GM never returned my call. I’m a veteran and a paying customer. Your employee had no business being disrespectful to me. To My fellow brothers and sisters, it’s obvious staff here doesn’t show respect to us. I recommend going anywhere else.Congratulations Mister Car Wash, you’ve permanently lost my business.

Friendly staff and quick and efficient though the car wash. The vacuums have air compressor hose as well has vacuum so your able to really get all that dirt sand and junk off your carpets and in the hidden little spot throughout your vehicle. You can also use the vacuums free of charge. They provide monthly options and their prices are fair.

What can I say… I was blown away! My truck is always filthy.. and now it’s less filthy. Maybe getting the most expensive option would have made it more clean 🤷🏼‍♂️ probably not.Honestly it’s a good place and I’d go back again 4/5 stars.

I have a membership here but unfortunately it takes me going through the wash twice to get my car decent 😕 will be looking for another place to wash my car.

The wash itself is top of the line... however, when we tried to cancel our monthly membership 4 days before it was due our card was still charged. Upon signing up they failed to tell us it must be 7 days before the due date. Information and up front communication would be greatly appreciated

Love it! I have an unlimited pass, & go thru frequently! - & they have lots of high suction vacuums!.- In the years, I only once had an issue. - In my 2003 Grand Am, the passenger side mirror broke from a brush! - Staff was waiting for me when I came out w/ paperwork to have it fixed. Great customer service! Now, I have a newer car & love to keep it clean & shiny!

A little bit expensive but worth it for the best premium wash you can find for your car. The membership in my own personal experience is a sham. Its not worth the price for unlimited washes.

Signed up for the Unlimited Wash Club staff were always polite, kind and helpful a great experience. Car always came out fresh and clean no complaints about the wash. With two lanes at for Unlimited Wash Club members was never a long wait, for $30/mth come twice a month it pays for itself. Typically wash my car every 2-3 days.Switched to another car wash that was closer to home. Upon cancelling my membership my credit card was still charged, having cancelled less then 48 hours before the next bill date however a simple phone call to their customer service team and a refund was processed amazing service, no arguments, no hoops to jump thru.

Love that they dont charge to use the vaccumes, and my car comes out very clean, I will be using them always.

Great place to grt your vehicle washed. I like that you can purchase unlimited car washes on a month to month basis, instead of yearly, like some of the other places. I tend avoid this place on the weekends, as it can have a very long line, but weekdays, Im in amd out in no time! Definitely would recommend this place to others!

There are plenty locations to go to, and the Member package is so worth getting. Our car is always clean.

Needed a good car wash and vacuum that wouldnt kill the wallet. Buy one, get the other! Its so cool and convenient too! Vacuums on both sides of each stall makes it very efficient and so quick with great work out of the vacuums too. Go see them, you will absolutely love the design of the vacuums!🙂😀😍😉

I was having trouble with Google pay and the staff was patient and considerate. I ended up running home to get my wallet even though they offered a free wash since they believed it was their system that was causing the problem. Thats good customer service.

Staff there was nice and let me go through for a second pass without paying again when the bugs didnt come off my grill and windshield. Vacuums were so strong they could suck the color out of your carpets (a good thing). Just wish it was a bit cheaper.

Washes pretty good....I absolutely love their vacuums! I wish they had a place to grab clean rags for drying like the newer Mister Car Wash in Caldwell has. If they did, I didnt see any😞

Way too packed and they stopped doing full service, poor excuses too. Just another way to monopolize on the customer by automating and being too lazy. Not the Car Wash it used to be..

It was nice to get the car cleaned in this cold weather. After driving through the car wash we used the powerful vacuum system to clean the interior. I may consider getting a monthly pass for these cold winter months. Usually, I enjoy washing the car in my driveway, but didnt want to get the hose out this time. The wash is quick and easy.

The carwash it self is great, and the people are friendly. They do need to fix their gates though as some people dont know how to stay in order without them and will just force their way ahead of the other cars.

Car wash is great but I switched over to epic carwash for the simple reason they offer towels to dry your car.

Super frustrating that they dont offer towels to dry your car and they they also dont accept cash what is the difference between touching my card to put it into the machine and taking my cash???? Also what is the point of a self serve machine if you arent going to let the customers use the machine.

If you have the membership, use it often. I try to get my car washed every week.

They need to apply a multi car discount.Sometimes my truck doesnt get as clean as I want even after a 2nd wash.

Love my carwash... The People are friendly and other than the drying portion seems less powerful. I noticed lots more water drops/spots not being dried as before. So take Advantage of the vacuum spots and dry your vehicle.

No towels to dry or clean your car.... and they don’t even tell you unless you ask (in my case, AFTER I paid $18 for the top wash) Frustrating and disappointing. They blame it on the pandemic, but I’m surprised they’re even still in business when their quality isn’t any better than Rocket or Epic Shine.People, do yourselves a favor and save your money, then drive two miles down the road to Epic Shine car wash, where they offer free towels and have a 4-day wash guaranty. They also have air fresheners... get it together, Mister Car Wash!

Many elderly don’t have debit or credit and still use cash so the fact that they don’t accept it is frustrating! On top of not accepting cash even though they can take precautions such as gloves they were very rude and not accommodating when exiting the line. Will not be returning with my grandmother who needed her car cleaned badly. They just lost her business along with our whole families.

I love going to Mister Car Wash. Every time, no matter what location, the employees are polite and good at their jobs, it only takes about 10 minutes to wash my car and its free to use the vacuuming self-service with any car wash. I usually get the $7 express wash, and its worth every penny every time.

The Nampa Mister carwash is in my opinion the best of all the Mister carwash franchises. There is a fast pass lane that gets those with a monthly pass in the wash faster than those who pay by the wash. This location is also generous with the suds and wax. Another thing I really like about this location is along with floor mat holders at the vacuum area there is an air hose rigged with a blow nozzle at each vacuum station so you can get in those hard to reach areasDocked a star because those robo brushes can be a bit much on a cars finish. But that with any carwash with the robo brushes not just Mister ones

This is the best car wash in Nampa. Always leaves my car nice and shiney. Staff are always onsite to help take payments and guide you into the wash tracks. The bubble sounds and lights in the wash are a great bonus feature. Vacuum bays are oversized so when your doors are open you have plenty of room on either side. The suckage power is amazing!

If you just want to get the majority of dirt and grime off your car theyre fine. Didnt do a great job cleaning the rims and tires and the rest of the car is done decent enough.

Mister Car Wash cleans my Jeep well. Once Upon a Time one of the cloth wipers that go left and right to wipe the vehicle got underneath the windshield wiper and took it off. I found it on top of my vehicle, and put it back on. That was the only incident though. Otherwise, I still go there on a full service monthly membership and I like how clean my vehicle is after the wash.

Shut down twice while in there, but they got it up and running again fairly quickly each time.

First time ever coming to this one was a bit skeptical, The $18 wash was recommended to me I asked why it was so special and she explained a little about it so I got it. Ans boy am I disappointed youd think for $18 it would get every inch of your car I dont even have a big car and there is still dirt on my windows and back of car.

This car wash is the same brand as the other ones in the valley but personally I feel I get a better wash at this one than any of the other ones I dont know if its the attendants, I dont know if the machines are programmed differently but this particular mr. Seems to give the best wash and shine and they always have plenty of business.

The attendant took my antenna off my truck with pliers and scratched it to start with than went through the wash and didn’t get the road grime off the truck or bugs off the front end. Waste of money and time. Won’t bother with again. Get a better wash through the local $5 chevron wash.

Love that I can go as much as I want, especially being a home health nurse, because I drive in rural areas frequently and get a lot of dirt and bugs on my car. The vacuum cleaner is also amazing!!

It would be great if you could get your computer system to communicate in different states. I live in Idaho and recently traveled back to California to visit. Had an account with Mister when I lived there and had to transfer it in July when I moved. When I visited Oct 16th at your Oakdale, CA location, your employee said she would let me through this time so I wouldnt have to be double charged. Ive had this issue my last couple visits to California.

Quick service, but a pretty decent wash at the lowest level. Only gets better from there. Theres no charge to vacuum your vehicle so thats really nice especially being an Uber driver.

It is a decent car wash but only 4 stars because they dont supply drying towels like many other car washes supply for free and they dont even give the option to purchase drying towels or glass/interior cleaning wipes, air fresheners, ect. Also make sure to remove the tow ball/stinger from your reciever hitch, if your vehicle is equipped with one, before going through. Otherwise the back of the vehicle will be almost untouched by the brushes but that is the case for most automatic car washes, especially if you are in a large SUV like a Chevy Suburban.

The only car wash in town thats closing early every day during this Covid thing. Its a drive through car wash. Not a bar. I guess if I dont leave work early I cant wait my car anymore. I have one car with a membership here, and another with a membership to Epic. I wanted to try both for a few months to see which I like better. I think Im going to cancel this one and start taking both to Epic Shine. They get my truck cleaner anyway. Every time I leave here I have dirty steaks on my hood. If you stayed open similar hours and had the treated towels they do at Epic you might steal a lot of business... Let me know when you catch up.

I have always gone here and lately not very happy. I have already talked to 3 people about this and they told me I was wrong. It seems they have sped up the amount of cars going through (there is always a long line) and now it doesnt clean as well. I have had to go through a couple times as I am an unlimited member. It also doesnt dry well anymore. The back of my car, the right side and my windshield are never clean. They always tell me just to go through again and sometimes I dont have time to go through again. So sorry about the review but I cant seem to find anyone to give me a resolution. The people that work there are always super super nice. I know it isnt their fault

I love mister car wash. I am a member here, I pay $19.99 a month for unlimited car washes. Its a great value. My membership works at all mister car wash locations. You can go thru as many times as you like, it is truly unlimited. I will be a member here for a long time.

Nice. Better wash for seven bucks for some reason compared to rocket. And that alone is impressive. Only thing that would beat rocket is a mat wash and micro fiber dry towels. Otherwise it WOULD beat rocket express. Thx

Took my car here to wash it after driving from Salt Lake City and was highly disappointed. It was nearly $20 and my car doesn’t look any cleaner than before I went through - I still can hardly see through my windshield and then here’s still a few leaves on my car. I could’ve done a better job with my hose sprayer and no sponge.
