I was done with my Medical Appointment and went to get in my car and it wouldn’t start. I called Kryptonite towing and Derrick advised me that he was in the middle of another call but as soon as he was done he would be right there to help, which he was. He came to my rescue, checked my battery, towed my car and when it was fixed towed it back to me. Derrick was very professional and I appreciate everything he did for a stressed and stranded person who had no idea what was going on. He was even able to figure out my issue! Outstanding service! I would highly recommend!!!!

I wrecked my car and just randomly picked these guys from Google. They were very professional and kind and did not add to my ordeal. The insurance company told me not to expect much help because most towing companies dont go above and beyond. But, Kryptonite did 🙂. Thank you Kryptonite!

Best service in the valley Derek knows his way around tow-truck! He placed my vichiel in my garage perfectly so that I could shut he door without issue. Honestly he parked a thing better than I can driving straight into the garage and he did backward. I wont call anyone else.

Was told 7:30 am. Next thing its 9:30 and no answer. Following that is another hour and a half of waiting followed by another tow company having to be requested. Terrible

My van broke down in the shoulder of the freeway and Derek not only towed my van, he diagnosed the problem, and helped me push it to another spot after getting it off the bed because my pmgt company wanted it to be moved. This is the absolute best towing company I have ever worked with and I will definitely be using them for any other towing needs I may have.

I was pulled over on the side of the road with a truck that wouldnt start. He pulled over simply to help me check the battery as I did not have jumper cables. Ultimately he ended up towing me home. Super helpful and kind. The price was very affordable. This was a 5 star experience!

Called with a disabled vehicle on the freeway during morning traffic. Was very responsive and was able to pickup my vehicle home in less than an hour. I was able to leave my vehicle and have it brought home VS waiting in the vehicle. Great customer service and highly recommend!

So my insurance told me to call this company because I couldnt get my car to start. Person answering the phone was really nice. He told me it would be approximately 2 hours. Exactly 2 hours and the tow truck pulled up in front of my house. Gentleman asked what was going on with the car. I told him that I have a Stabilitrack error and the vehicle would not start. He said its going to be the battery. He hooked up his jumper. It read the battery was dead and needed to be replaced. He jumped started me and told me not to turn it off. Let it warm up and go get a new battery. No cost to me. I will be using them in the future.
