Best insurance office around the area! Had a great experience with the staff and my insurance agent Rosario Soto was very helpful. He managed to save me the most money, very professional and great attitude. Im definitely a happy customer.

Literally twice the price for motorcycle coverage for half the coverage of the competition, they were also barely beating the competition on my vehicle, and i just got a letter that my rates went up, and also realized that my deductibles were twice the competition and that i didnt have several of the coverages i thought i did. Time to change companies all together, the only reason i gave 3 stars is because long ago these guys took pretty good care of me when ive had claims, where other companies make it a nightmare.

Shawn and his team are all so great. I used to work for a State Farm agent so I know how stressful the office can be sometimes but they are ALWAYS friendly and patient. Krista is awesome and is always on top of everything, even when I am not, which so sooo appreciated!

Shawn is great, very knowledge and kind. However others in the office added other insurance products to my policy without my permission. Took 3-4 phone calls to get them off, for three different things that got added at different times. The entire 6 months I was with them, corporate and this particular office couldnt figure out automatic payments. I had to call in every month to make payments, resign papers, ect. Once it was paid, corporate would contact me two weeks later saying I didnt pay, even though records said I did. Like I said, Shawn was great, but I couldnt handle the headache of state farm anymore

Been with State Farm and this office for almost 10 years and sadly it looks like we will be searching for a different company to have our insurance through. 10 years no tickets or accidents and our rates went up. What terrible way to treat loyal customers. This particular office has great people working in it though.

Great people awesome service

First off, Ive never had renters insurance in my life. Kathy called me in December and offered me renters and auto insurance for less than Ive been paying for auto insurance alone. it became effective on January 1st. on Jan 8th my apartment flooded...my property management put me in hotel for 2 nights, then said I could return home. but when they came in to replace the broken pipe, they discovered the water damage was much more than meets the eye, and if I had renters insurance, this is when I needed to rely on it. I have been so grateful for the kindness and concern every person from state farm has shown me and my dog, rally. Ive even told a few people I think Im falling in love with Kathy at statefarm! lolI have chronic PTSD, and have been so overwhelmed, that i can barely think straight. one person even called later in the evening g the first nite to say he was concerned if I had gotten into a warm safe place for the night while we were waiting for me to cover my deductable. I was so touched I cried....tears of joy that this stranger was so caring and compassionate.God bless all of you at state farm for helping me so much to get thru this. I dont know what Id be doing if I didnt have you.thank you soo very much!

State Farm is unreliable. The customer service you receive doesnt match what you should get for the prices they charge. Kathy was very rude to my wife on the phone. We had State Farm for 25 years, thanks to Kathy we have moved on and we are saving over $1200 a year.
