I love the customer service. When my car was having issues they had a tow truck at my house within 15 minutes to take it to the shop. My homeowners insurance is affordable and i also opted for the umbrella insurance. Dave is great to work with.

Contacted this agency for HOA and D&O insurance. Received a call and then a follow-up call from a producer who would only give me his first name, Jose. Requested Jose as Dave Fisk to call me. Never received a return call. May very well be be that Jose felt uncomfortable forwarding on my request. I expect a higher degree of professionalism from a national insurance company like State Farm. Disappointing.
