If scheduled set up is between 8:00 and 10:00 and you are going to be late, I suggest informing your customer. After searching beach for our chairs and umbrella we make the call and are told traffic is a problem. Hmm…watched staff from 2 other rental companies set up equipment between 8:00 and 9:00. The male staff that showed up at 10:35 said it will probably be like this everyday. Canceled and went with a different business. Thank goodness someone is professional and reasonable.

I highly recommend renting anything/everything you need from them!! The prices are awesome! I was happy that delivery was free. They delivered everything I asked for, nothing was missing. The bikes, life jackets, kayaks, crib, linin etc. everything seemed to be brand new not old and crappy like most other rental places. Also, the delivery boys are great eye candy too ;) Overall, they are nice and friendly on the phone and I was very very pleased with their service.

Prices are awesome and they come with free delivery and free pick up straight to my beach house. Equipment was in good shape. Definitely using them every year we stay in Garden City Beach, SC.

This company did not deliver the high chair or crib that we had ordered more than a month in advance. First they said they crib was delivered to another house but they werent sure which one, then they said it was broken and couldnt deliver it, then they said they had overbooked for the weekend and didnt have any cribs to give me. This was after I had called earlier in the day to make sure everything was ok, and they told me it was on the truck and I was on the list for delivery.The customer service lady on Saturday (their busiest day) was put off because my 12 month old baby couldnt sleep in a roll away bed instead of a crib.I asked to speak to the manager and left multiple messages throughout the week but never got a call back. Thankfulyy Coastal Rental Resources was able to help us quickly and we had a crib. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Would never do business with this company again. Reserved golf cart in Jan. 2017 for week beginning June 3, 2017. They called around noon on June 2, 2017 and said they had no golf carts. And really did not care! Sorry customer service!

Do not use this company. We were shorted towels and were never credited the overpayment nor did they bring the towels we paid for. Called them 3 times and they never returned my calls. NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY!

OK, but watch what you get. Having used this company for several years we are used to umbrellas that dont work, rusted bike chains, worn-out lifejackets for kayaks, and things just not being delivered. When chased, they will replace anything that is not right, but if you have rented for one week, its not great if you only end up with 5 days use of something. Overall, this company is OK but not as good as you would like.
