Had an appointment to get a damage inspection done on my car. Insurance company told me that they would give me the estimate in my hand at the end of the appointment. Got there to get inspection done and as soon as they found out I was not getting the vehicle repaired there, they would not give me an estimate. Only wanted to take pictures and send them to the insurance company. Seems like they are only interested in making money instead of honoring the deal they make with insurance companies.

This place is incredible. Someone crashed into my new car, and I was worried it would not look the same. When my husband picked it up, it looks and feels brand new. They did such an amazing job. Id recommend this place to anyone that needs to fix their car. Just look at the before and after pictures!

Let this be a warning. They tried to pull a fast one on the insurance to not fix my brand new car properly thinking i wouldnt notice it, but i did. I gave them multiple opportunities to fix it for them to continue messing something up every time i got my car back. My white car came back half yellow. The last time they managed to spray paint down my passenger side front and back window and the hood. This body shop is extremely incompetent. I had to and still have to go to another body shop for them to fix their mistakes. Dont say you havent been warned.

Had the misfortune of hitting a deer with my Dodge pickup. Got estimate from Jasper who was very helpful and professional. Price was 1/3 less than other shops. Work was done as discussed on time and very well. They even cleaned and vacuumed vehicle. Would definitely use them again.

Went in to get an estimate on my truck where the paint peeled. I ask in stead of stripping the whole top of the cab, could they just blend that in. It was a spot about the size of 2 one dollar bills. Guy says no, if I want it cheaper, go to MAACO. Well, I didnt gotoMAACO, but I found another shop that was more courteous and professional.

Kathryn at the front desk was patient, helpful and dealt with my crazy four year old running around in the office. The convenience of Enterprise being on the property is a huge plus! Great job, professional!

The employees over at truetts Auto body were more than accommodating to my situation. Enterprise has a office at the shop that helps with rentals when youre in an accident. my truck was in the shop, checked out and the information was sent to the insurance company. a check was cut right away and I completed my business with them. Great customer service, they have my business for life.

THANK YOU SO MUCH. I went there with an old plumbing part, I couldnt get a nut off of. A non auto issue. I was afraid of breaking the bolt the nut was on. I soaked it in penetrating oil repeatedly. I couldnt replace the part, because they didnt make that model anymore. To replace the unit, I would have had to take out the kitchen counters. To rebuild the part cost about $3.00. After explaining my problem, they took someone off of car repair to work on my part. They got the nut off without breaking anything and charged me nothing. Again thank-you. I am grateful for your help and not treating me like I was an annoyance.

My SUV had damage to the rear bumper, I dropped it off on a Friday and I was originally told it would be done the following Wednesday, however, I received a notification the day I was supposed to pick it up that said it would not be ready until Thursday. Thursday I didn’t hear anything, and then Friday I received another notification that said it would be ready Friday. This was after I had called them to check on it and they told me that it should be ready by Friday afternoon. Friday around 4:40 pm I receive a phone call and they told me that my car just had to be cleaned up and I could pick it up Monday. So I said that I wanted to pick it up that day because they were closed over the weekend, and she said that I could pick it up but they closed “right at 5pm”. Mind you, they waited until 29 minutes before they closed to even call me, and she gave me an attitude when I expressed that. So as I am driving to pick up my vehicle I receive a call from the owner who says there is a crack on the bumper that needs to be fixed and they need to keep it until Monday. I found that hard to believe that they found this crack as I was on my way to pick it up. So Monday I finally pick up my car and I received absolutely no apology for the extended time that it took or the lack of communication, nothing. Later in the day I realized a piece was missing from the bumper so I took my car back up there and the owner has to take it back and put the piece back in. This time he apologizes, and says that it was his mistake. Needless to say, I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will never take my car to them again.

Very unprofessional. They kept our car 2 months. Never contacted us when it was ready resulting in my having to pay a $200 rental bill. In my opinion you should avoid them like carona virus.

I just picked up my car and it looks fantastic. I read some of the negative reviews here and most of them seem to be about the inconvenience of being without their car. Well that is going to happen. What would you rather have, your car back a day sooner or you car back looking like it just came off a showroom? Im not joking, it is about the best paint job I have ever seen, and I have had a few I was not happy with. My car was spotless when I got it back. And the folks there were as nice as they could be. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone.

Lack of ethics, and lied to me, and never returned phone calls. Work is OK, but not what I call professional. Their attitude is definitely not professional. They refused to receive calls from me, or the insurance company about my car.

I’m not sure I’ve ever been rushed out of somewhere i was trying to give my business to so quickly. Absolutely no care to my vehicle or me trying to give them business. Guy walked out, looked at my vehicle for about .2 seconds and said yep it looks fine. Worst excuse for a collision center. I for sure wouldn’t go back and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, based on how poorly I was treated.

I brought my car in and Will agreed it would only take TWO days to make the repair. After a week without hearing anything I started to call to which Miss BonBon at the front desk would answer and lie and say he hasn’t come in yet then I would call his cell phone after he wouldn’t return my texts, and he would be at the shop!! They probably don’t know how to actually fix anything and probably just watch Youtube tutorials all week, they use really cheap low quality parts too. Just stay away, Will has mugshots online too I found after I finally got my car back 3 weeks later. Worst experience ever. They know nothing about customer service

Truetts, as recommended by Geico, fixed my car after we got rear-ended over the holidays. Not only did they go above and beyond to make sure the car was fixed and safe to drive, but they also got this giant paint stain off the side of the car that I got when I clipped a paint bucket that someone had left in the road (ugh!) a couple months prior... completely unrelated to the accident and didnt charge me at all or even mention it when they handed me the keys. Fast and awesome service - totally recommend them and the Geico that they partner with at this location :)

Somebody hit me, so I took my car there cause at my shop was a waiting list. I left my car there on a Monday, they never gave me any call to said anything I had to call. Than after i call they said would be ready Monday. No calls again so now I have to call. I did. Waiting on the phone for 15min to give the easier answer yes or no, I guess is too hard for the truetts tell the true. I havent even see my car yet but I wont take the car there again.

This place is a nightmare. Stay far away. I had to use them to fix my car when it was smashed into my husbands truck while parked. They quoted us and our insurance two weeks. Long story short they had our cars for 41 days. My car was a MESS with white dust and a terrible order but I was just happy to have it back. Since then, I have had to have it worked on by the dealership because they used after market parts and did not fix some issues. Unfortunately, it is nearly ten months later and I am STILL having to bring my car back there for them to repair an after market headlight they installed that does nothing but torch every bulb I put in it. This place has made my year a living hell with car problems.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE in terms of service and quality of work! The lady that works at the front desk acts as if youre a burden when you call or come by to check on your car. Im guessing she considers customers rude when they interrupt her while shes eating bon bons and watching soap operas. When you call to check on the status of your car theyre response is a lie. Theyll tell you it will be ready on Tuesday and once you call on Tuesday theyll tell you itll be ready on Thursday. Once you call on Thursday itll be ready on Monday and such is the lie that protrudes from the mouths of the demonic people! Basically, they will tell you anything just to get you off the phone! They repaired my car after I was rear ended and guarantee their work for life as long as you own the car. Later, their repair work begin to peal and fall off because they didnt use quality material. The only thing this place can guarantee is that their service is shady and their quality of work is nothing short of despicable. If you think not having your car is a nightmare and inconvenience, work with these idiots and theyll make it much worse! RUN!!! RUN!!! RUN!!! from this so called business!

On august 25th I was involved in an accident that resulted in damage on my passenger side paneling, my passenger headlight removed in the crash, and the front bumper destroyed as well as a loose radiator bracket. All cosmetic damage, nothing too serious. I was told by a few people to use Truett’s auto Collison. A decision I deeply regret. From the start it was chaos. Having to call them 3 times before even getting a tow truck, I waited for almost 3 hours for my car to be towed… a drive that takes at the most 45 minutes in heavy rush hour traffic. Once the tow truck arrived it was another two days before I heard from Truett’s- in which they left a short message telling me what damage was done and how much money I would owe them. I signed the papers stating I would pay my deductible to them, and received two separate text within the following days saying my car would be done at 4 on the 2nd of September. As I arrived they acted like I was crazy for expecting my car to be done so soon, and when I presented them with the text that INCLUDED THEIR NAME AND PHONE NUMBER they claimed they didn’t send it, the insurance repetitive-Cameron- they have ON THEIR PAYROLL sent them. I talked to him, and he didn’t know why the text were sent. I spoke to the general manager, at this point highly upset because I had turned my rental car in the night before and was without a car now. This man was as rude as could be. From the start accusing me of thinking they were being spiteful and not offering any type of sympathy when I began CRYING because I really didn’t have the money for another week of a rental car (it wasn’t covered in my insurance) he told me that it wasn’t their problem, I had been towed in and they didn’t have parts. Sparks Toyota is right down the street. 5 miles maybe…. Not terribly far. My car is a 2006 Toyota corolla. PARTS ARE EASY AND CHEAP TO COME BY! I didn’t need any engine work done, no fluids were leaking, nothing that had to be operated on. The general manager claimed it was like me going to the emergency room, they wouldn’t have had my operation scheduled. To which I responded, yeah but they have supplies. I was an emotional wreck because I’m a server and a college student. I am tight for money. I would be missing classes and work shifts in the week to follow if I didn’t have a car. This “business” was not compassionate at all and even blamed me for suspecting them. They acted as if I was insane for believing the text that had their company name on it. When I asked them if there was anything they would do they laughed. I received my car back on September 10th at 4:30 and I will never be using them again.
