Im out of town...but wanted to see if I could get exhaust work while I had time off.I asked around, Harrys was recommended...called and they were friendly and straight forward.I called again the next day, they gave me a time, I arrived early- they got me right in, starting working and amazingly low time they were done.The work was fantastic, the service top notch and the cost was very affordable!Highly highly recommend!

These guys are amazing, my son has been going to them for sometime now and I needed the exhaust on my truck quieted down and they looked at it, ordered the flowmaster muffler and installed it and tightened some other things up with the tailpipe and all for a fare price. They do great outstanding work and dont try and sell you something you dont need

Took my 2015 5-series to get a simple oil change. Before I took it had no leaks, nothing. I got the car back and noticed a big pool of oil under my car. I took it back and they told me the drain plug had gone bad so it was replaced. I got the car back, put it on a lift and saw that the oil was leaking through the bolt of the oil pan. This was caused by the threads of the bolt being stripped at some point in the oil change/plug change process. I was told that “we don’t do oil pans I can recommend you to someone else”. Because of their mechanics mistake I’m now paying for a new oil pan on 5 year old car (oil pans last 11 years on avg) and refill the oil that was leaked. Will say in the past didn’t have problems but you lose my business when you don’t take responsibility for your mistakes .

Have been coming for awhile now here had 2 tires (brand new) put on in last month or so. 1 of them is already gone bad!!! Also asked about brake service & A/C repair. Work mornings normally come in afternoons around 2. Get same response every time.....come back 9am in the morning. Work 6 days a wk so mornings arent good for me. Guess well take our business elsewhere.

My spouse and I always take our vehicles here for any tire related needs. I tried to save a few bucks and went to Sams club to get a tire repaired. I knew where the puncture was, but Sams tried to tell me it was in the sidewall and to boot my tread was nearly gone. I knew better.So I took it to harrys, which I shouldve done in the first place, and lo and behold! Easily repaired, and no 600 dollar pitch for new tires! (I just bought the car, a 2016, with 65k tires and 30k on the car, do the math). Just like every other time, even with no appointment, I was in and out in under an hour and back on the road.If you are searching for an HONEST shop, look no further. I tell anyone who asks, Harrys is the real deal.

I have been a patron of Harrys for eight years now and have nothing but positive things to say about them. They go above and beyond every single time with regards to customer service and care of my vehicles. If something needs fixed, they do it the right way and for the right price; if it turns out there isnt a problem, they dont create ways to charge you. Not once have I ever felt as though they were trying to sell me a product or service that wasnt needed. They are very nice I have bought a couple of used tires. Today I had an alinement and they fix a tire rod. They were really fast and efficient. And he didnt try to charge a lot extra. I thought it was one thing they discovered something else yet he didnt charge and arm and leg. My car runs so much better. Thank you to all of you I know those jobs are not easy. Highly recommend he cares, when I was there he used a lot of customers names.

Came to MB on 12/9/19 when town was totally socked in with fog bank; visibility of 1/2 block in daytime! Found out the right headlight was burned out that night. I have a 2007 Honda Fit and the headlights are a total pain, you have to actually remove part of a body panel in the wheel well to access them.Got referral from friend to go to Harrys. She said theyve worked on her cars for years; she wont let anyone else touch them. I went in the next morning with no appt. and they worked me in. I went to breakfast with friends and came back. Car was fixed and they only charged me $26! I was expecting to pay much more, with a mark-up on the bulb and book rate for labor. They could have taken advantage knowing that I was from out of town. Very happy with my experience here. YAY, HARRYS!!! Thanks so much, guys. You rock.

While driving from Pennsylvania to Myrtle Beach, I felt a vibration from the rear wheels of our vehicle. I decided to find a local shop to balance my tires and wheels, and came across Harrys after reading some online reviews. I showed up and they were able to take me right away. Two workers quickly removed the wheels and tires and properly balanced them for me. Yes, they tried to sell me new tires, since the old ones had odd wear, but they didnt push the subject too much. They did a good job, finished quickly, didnt charge too much, and I was on my way. Luckily, the balancing fixed my issues, so the 600+ mile trip back home was a lot smoother.

This place is great! Had a suspect tire and am from out of town so didnt want to risk the drive back with my family. They found my tire same day within a couple hours and I came in, didnt wait at all, and they had the new tire on in 20 minutes. They didnt try to sell me anything I didnt want and were honest and courteous.

Amazing customer service! I had a flat on my way to Myrtle Beach and needed a new tire to get home. The tires I have arent common in my home town so I was worried I wouldnt be able to find the right one. Harrys Discount Tire had the tire and changed it the next day at noon. The people there are fantastic and helped me in every way possible including putting my spare tire back under my truck and allowing me to look at and save the metal found in my tire. These people are very polite and social and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! Im even considering making the 4 hour drive the next time I need tires! Thank you very much guys, probably the happiest Ive ever been to give a company unplanned money!PS: Firestone was going to charge me $30 more and make me wait 3 days...

Chris runs an amazing shop! Besides their great prices they actually care about the customer. I bought 4 new tires for my Infiniti 3 weeks ago, and since they are low profile tires they are not the cheapest tires to purchase. This week I ran over some nails and ruined 2 of the tires I just bought. I knew it would not be covered under the standard warranty and planned on paying full cost for the tires. I brought them back to Harrys and they actually gave me a discount because of the cost of the tires and that I just bought them! I did not expect that at all. Good looking out!
