I stepped into Prestons without an appointment....my car had a problem with the transmission. I was supposed to leave back home to NY but my check engine light came on. I was greeted by Brandon and Barry who just seemed like great guys. They took me in right away which they didnt have to. Diagnosed my problem and had me out as promised. Everyone who came in was on a first name/ friendly basis which made me feel very good about bringing my car here!Highly, highly recommended this place! Thanks again for getting me home safely.

Had an issue with the airbag system in my wifes car after a deer hit. Called and got me in the next day. Had to order some parts but called to let me know and had it repaired the next day. Brandon and everyone were very professional and polite and helpful. Car came back clean and good as new. Will definately will use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest reliable auto repair shop!

A month ago I ran over a pot hole that tore my tire rod and axel, took it to a mechanic in NMB at the time the mechanic guaranteed me that everything was ok, a week ago the parts that was supposedly fixed came a part, took it to Prestons and they immediately looked into it and basically said the previous mechanic skewed me over, they fixed it and my car is driving better than it was before I hit the pot hole, I DEFINITELY recommend them they was awesome thanks guys you did an amazing job and I thoroughly appreciate you getting me back on the road

Guys and girl were all super friendly. Replaced my brakes while I waited. Lobby was clean and comfortable even with a coffee maker. I know especially for some of us not as knowledgeable with cars are leary about mechanics, well dont be here. They explain what they will do and how much everything will cost before they do the work. Prestons is my gargae today and in the future!!

I was referred to Prestons by the former Tire Town and Im glad they did that! Preston will have all our business for our cars from now on! I NEEDED major work done and he handled it! Car was jerking and he got the parts and car rides smoother now! It was worth the 800 plus dollars spent! I even napped and nodded nicely with my headphones and blanket on his comfortable couch while the 5 hour job was handled with grace! I felt right at home! Only request I have is for customers like myself that cant handle the cigarette smoke please bring attention to that and how that can be resolved for those sitting in the nice waiting area. Other than that as a 1st time customer we are highly pleased with the customer service and prices as well as getting me out in a timely manner for all I needed done! And he even fixed a minor problem on my hood and gave me money back! Lol well definitely be back for services! Thanks Preston and crew! Great job well done!

He gave me a full breakdown of what work needed to be done so I knew what to expect going into my decision. After purchasing a vehicle I returned to Preston to have work done and he was a huge help. Breaking down what work needed to be done and how urgent each thing was or wasn’t. He gave me fair prices and got the job done fast. Brandon was also a huge help with ordering parts and helping me make decisions. I’ve had my vehicle back for a few days now and it’s running great. I fully intend on returning for any auto needs I have in the future and look forward to working with trustworthy regular people rather than corporate companies that often mislead you.

Prestons helped my fiance when she was buying a used car, they were very helpful with the issues and even gave us another time to bring it in for free before we bought it! Also took the time to come out before close and tell us about a noise we were hearing after we bought the car! No other mechanic would have done that! Great people and very trustworthy!

We are from Kansas City, in town visiting family. Water pump went out on the car and they got us in quickly. Warrantied the part, even though it wasn’t from one of their dealers. They were extremely nice, helpful, and reasonably priced.

I moved here two months ago and the fan on my AC went out. I asked a neighbor if they knew a good mechanic and they referred me to Prestons. They told me to bring it in the next morning and leave it with them. They called me 4 hours after I dropped it off and told me it was ready. Not only did they fix the problem, they checked all the fluids and even checked the pressure in the tires. I am not used to this type of excellent service, which absolutely amazed me. Kudos to Melissa and Preston for their kind and curteous service! I will highly recommend them to everyone. Preston definitely has my automotive business!

Not impressed.I was very specific about what I wanted done, replace the five dollar o ring on the top coolant hose at the water pump on my F150 5.0Two hours later they call with a six hundred dollar estimate for parts and labor I did not need or ask for.I did not have the work done and it still cost me forty bucks for The estimate!!

I pride myself on being an excellent DIY mechanic; however, after launching landscaping in with my existing business I dont have time to deal with car stuff. All my friends and family will tell anyone that I am extremely picky and I have major trust issues when it comes to my automobiles! The one place I trust is Prestons. Did the Condenser fan in my 05 Dodge Ram and found a few other minor issues. Very informative, gave a bottom line and a top line estimate for all repairs. Ill continue doing business with Prestons.

Terrible. They took my platnum plugs n replaced them with old ac delco corroded plugs and put water in my gas tank and tried to get me to put a new engine in my truck for 4000 dollars !! I guess they do this to a lot of people. All the reviews I saw were about putting engines in peoples cars . God Bless m he doesnt like when you mess with his kids

My moms car had an airbag fault error on and the dealer wanted $120 just to read the error. My mom is always nervous about new shops but I convinced her to try someone new. Took it in to Preston and he told us the issue and didnt charge us for the diagnostic, found a couple of other minor issues and advised my mom on what to do next. Very kind, honest and courteous to my mom. My mother will be bringing her vehicle back for all her maintenance needs!!

Ive never experienced a better repair shop than this, and Ive been to a bunch. Seriously, in my teenage years, I managed to seriously screw up my Jeep. Preston really knows what he is doing. I took my Jeep in to let him check out my break lights and he was finished within 20 minutes. Also, I swear the steering is tighter. He has great prices and you never have to worry about feeling like an idiot when you talk to him. If you need some work done on your vehicle, this is the place to get it done. Seriously, any type of vehicle. I saw an ambulance parked out front waiting to get fixed when I was there.

Left the lug nuts extremely loose on 2 of my 4 tires! Lied to me about needing rotors! All 4 brake pad replacements were not necessary. Gave me some large unnecessary charges for a quote. Price to repair the brakes with all the stuff they lied about was ridiculously high! The old front desk guy was rude when I told him I wasnt going to fix it then and there! Ill never go back and Ill never recommend!
