Horrible experience!! He offered to help on my deductible. So I went with him and through my insurance. My f-250 had damaged side door and mirror. Per Bruno...I will buy new used door... which he never did. I go into check the truck and I see a huge lump on the door meaning they never purchased a door. Anyways, he told me the truck would be ready in two weeks. My insurance paid for a rental for two weeks and then when I came to pick up the truck it wasnt even painted..parts werent in. So he said my insurance would pay for extra 15 days which was a lie. I ended paying $600 out of my pocket. My truck was in there for a bout 2 months!! On top of that, my door isnt aligned...my mirrors arent aligned I went 5 times to fix and still hasnt resolved. DO NOT TAKE IT HERE. LACK OF EXPERIENCE. NO PROFFESIONALISM!
