The guys here at Service Pro are great. I’ve been coming here for years...the guys are fun, very personable and extremely thorough. They have always answered any question I’ve ever had whether it be on price, product or service. The gentleman today who helped me even changed both filters in my car all the while making conversation and being pleasant. Chris the manager rang me up and as always I’ll be back. I have a pretty old car that Im getting rid of fairly soon but they still treated me amazingly. I was in-and-out within just a few minutes. They got straight to the point tell me exactly what I needed didnt necessarily try to up sell anything. As long as I have this car I will be going back here. Ive had some issues with some of the bigger name companies recently so Im glad to support a local business

The clean up job from my over priced oil change was so bad that they left a small pool of oil between my engine block and radiator, so when I parked my car in my inclined driveway it spilled and now stains the driveway. When I was there all they wanted to do was sell my fuel system cleaning this, full engine fluid drain that. If I can’t trust y’all to change my oil and not make a mess at my house what makes y’all think I am going to trust you to do anything else to my car. DO BETTER!

I was in this shop on 03/09. I requested and paid for a full service oil and fluid check.I SPECIFICALLY asked them to check my transmission fluid because my vehicle had been slipping slightly when changing gears. They assured me they would and promised me that they did. They did not. The following day my transmission continued to slip so I took it into a transmission repair place. 2 days worth of diagnostic testing, 2 days without any car, 2 days of PTO at work wasted.The issue? The reason why my transmission was slipping? I was incredibly low on transmission fluid. Once filled, 4 days later, my car is running perfectly with no more slipping.I will never return here. Complete and utter laziness, incompetence and complete lack of regard for the customers requests.

This place is always so fast and great! My oil change never takes more than 10 minutes. They are very thorough and check all fluids, filters, and tires also. I have never encountered a negative employee. I have been coming here for several years.

Won’t go again. When the customer knows more about vehicle maintenance than the employees, there’s a problem. I ONLY want an OIL CHANGE. Don’t try to up-sell a customer unless they really need the service; ie - transmission filter and fluid. But no, every damn quick oil change place is bound and determined to get your hard-earned cash by any means possible.

Won’t go back!! Bought a new car and took it there for oil change. Started having an oil leak so I took it to dealer. Dealer showed me where they put oil filter in wrong so I was losing all my oil!!!! Luckily we caught it before damage was done. Also dealer went ahead and did another oil change for me and charged me half the price.

My wife brought our BMW in for a service last week and paid $140. While that is generally a decent price on a BMW you guys only changed the oil. You however did not check the coolant which was one of the main things that she asked to have done while there. No refill on the windshield wiper fluid either. I generally expect that you would actually service the vehicle when paying a premium price!

Im always nervous going to car places but they are very respectful and make it a comfortable environment for anyone to go get their car serviced.

This place is very friendly! I have been coming here for years. They make sure you are taken care of and keep track of you vehicle maintenance. They will stand by everything that they do and if you ever have a problem the manager will take care of it! which I cant speak for other lube shops.

1 star is too many for this company. My husband got his oil changed today and before he could ask any questions he was rushed along to pull forward. The 2 techs working on his car even argued over the type of oil to put in the car. Unfortunately nothing was checked, no tire rotation, etc. Then the bill was presented and a simple oil change cost $78.36. Why does an oil change cost that price???? Very unsatisfied customers!!!!!!****I will add that since this incident my husband was able to go back and get refunded about $32. Still unsure why an oil change should ever cost $45 or why it needed to get to this point. I appreciate the managers customer service. He made things somewhat better.

Needed an oil change but had an engine problem.. they let me know one of my spark plugs was broken, approximate costs, where to find it, and even how to fix it myself. THEN on top of all of it, did much needed oil change in FIVE MINUTES.. oh yeah and I came in an hour before closing too.Blown away by how great they were!!!

Theae guys r fast, efficient, and friendly. I had went to Mustang walmart 1st but the wait was going to b atrocious, so I left to go across to Big O Tires, their wait was atrocious too... I left there, was headed to Yukon when I saw the Mustang Service Pro sign... They werent busy... & it wasnt because no 1 used them, 2 other cars pulled n while I was there. They werent busy because unlike walmart Mustang Service Pro had plenty of people working, and every single person was working, at the same time, which made for the best, most efficient, and quickest oil change ever. The most unfortunate thing about Mustang Service Pro is they do nothin with tires, per the owners wishes, they do not fix flats or sell tires... regardless of the whole tire issue, I will definitely use as well as refer Mustang Service Pro again!

These guys dont know what theyre doing. I noticed after having my oil changed my car was leaking oil. By the time I got the chance to take it in to another place, I was down to less than a quart of oil! They put the filter in upside down. So now Ive paid for another oil change when I just had it done 2 months ago. Im just lucky it didnt burn up my motor.

Didnt actually check tires,wipers, or transmission cant have to take to dealer for trans, Nissan Altima.

My family and I have been coming here over 20 years. They did do good work until, Jerry former owner past away suddenly and then his wife sold the place.

WARNING !!! Chris did a transmission flush on my Tahoe afterwards it started vibrating when it reached 45-55mph & started leaking because he blew out the seals, not once but twice when trying to fix it the second time around. After messing up my transmission, he told me he could fix it(on the side) for $1,250.. Ha! He refused to have the owners contact me or give me their contact information so I could talk to them about the issue. DONT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR VEHICLE!

These guys were crazy quick! It took them somewhere close to seven minutes… Maybe!

To expensive!!!!!! $52 for a oil change that didnt even come with windshield wiper fluid bc they were out. Asked for a discount and they said nope! I asked why is it so high they said we just raised our rates, could have told somebody! So I paid $52 for air in the tires and 4.5 quarts of oil.

This is one of those quick lubes that try to stack the bill with every unnecessary service they can
