Its all right when you need help they will also help with you utilities

It depends on the circumstances. In my opinion, when a mother has her child removed from her and placed in family care, that mother should not be the one to PICK THAT FAMILY MEMBER. DHS should be the one who chooses for whats best for the child...NOT THE MOTHER. The safety and welfare of the child should come first.

Their investigation was a joke I would have never called if not a serious matter now I believe children in situation are in harms way

They’re very very nice on the phone I’ve been trying to renew my food stamps and apparently my birthday is wrong so I have to get a hold of somebody to see what’s going on my worker I can’t seem to get a hold of her I’ve left her a message after message after message I don’t know what to do the doors are locked I can’t get an application to renew my food stamps which I think they should send them out with the other stuff since your doors are locked I guess she’s got my birthday wrong on my paperworkGod help me

If i could give this place negative stars i would. i have four children and a husband and we are barely scrapping by. they are giving us 100 dollars in food stamps.....did i mention i have four children?the case workers lie to you and tell you everything is ready to go but then you go to check your card and there is nothing on it.make sure you write down the name of everyone you talk to. trust me it gets messy dealing with these people.
