Impossible to reach and becomes so bogged down with everything that going to them for help on a claim is like dealing with the VA twice. I have never seen such a disrespectful and uncaring organization. DAV should mean Doesnt Assist Veterans.

Awesome organization. Every veteran should definitely belong to the DAV.

They are well educated men and women to help in your veteran needs.

The guys are great. Though I have one issue. I called a couple days ago and a message was left for my VSO to return my call. It has been three days now, and no call back. I called this morning to try to reach my VSO again only to be told that the message I left on Tuesday was still on her desk.

Answering a phone is not a strong suit for them at all. I would personally go somewhere else because they are are just as worthless as the VA itself.

Lazy, bad attitudes, do not return calls. Its a mistake to go to these idiots for anything.

Why can no one answer the phones? I have pending case and have not been able to talk to case worker for over 1 year? WHAT GIVES?

They dont answer their phone! They just shuttle you through to get you out the door.

There is a guy with a Napoleon complex at this DAV office with the worst attitude and does not know his job. Do not go here go to OKC instead. I usually do not write reviews but I just want to save other Vets their time.
