My package was originally supposed to be delivered Monday June 7th but something happened and they set a new date of Thursday June 10th but I was told Thursday evening that they forgot to put it on a truck and that it would be delivered on Friday instead. Friday came and went and no package still so I called them again and I was told that the router went home early before putting my order through for delivery and they promised me that I would definitely get my package Saturday between 1 and 3. This is Saturday night currently 10pm and my package still hasnt arrived.

I can’t even put into words how bad this company is. They out right lied to me and told me they were headed my way with my $10,000 delivery. And they hadn’t even left Muskogee. Left me sitting there for hours. They think that’s funny. I’ll never use the seller that use this company and I’ll never use anyone that uses this company.

Worst ever... our shipments gets held for 4 -7 days every week ... we have to call many times to figure things out, customer service keeps telling you out for delivery but nothing shows up. Our business is affected by their delays and we are losing customers becuase of there bad route and delivery management. In addition to missing shipments that will show up a month later torn apart and damaged.

I really don’t like to leave negative reviews, but these guys just lack any professional qualities whatsoever. I ordered auto parts and this was the shipping company used to transport from manufacturer to me. The company repeatedly set delivery appointments with me and failed to keep them. When I would call back to see why the appointment was not kept they could not give me a straight answer. Then the next day they would call and set another appointment and miss it again. They did this 5 times. When I questioned the customer service reps Carol and Cameron at RL Carriers they were totally clueless about my shipments whereabouts. No help at all from them. I even offered to come pick the package up at their dock...So after talking with these guys and getting a confirmation the package was on their dock I drove over there to pick it up. Once there Cameron informed me that the package was actually not there. WHAT?? Um is this what you guys do for a living? This was hands down the worst shipping experience I’ve had in 10 years of online buying. I’m going to avoid this company in the future.
