I put letters in my mail box, flag up and its still there when I come home. Seems to always happen on Mondays. I live right on Highway 69 on West side 2 miles from Peak Blvd. You cant get anyone to answer phone when you call. What happen to our goodservice??

Just stood in line for 17 minutes to mail one item. Thats pretty typical! SO SLOW!!!!! One employee slowly counted down her drawer at 4:30 while the line wrapped around to the PO boxes. She then disappeared. Just go to Economy Pharmacy.

Very smooth experience and friendly staff. I went right after they opened so there was no line but with as quick as they were with my transaction I don’t think a line would have been a huge problem. Thank you!!

Was literally walking up my driveway and they drove away leaving me a not to pick my package up at the office. Never even got out of the car.

Lazy staff, packages always get stolen from the staff and the mail always runs late.Carrier Pigeon or smoke signal is more efficient.

I got a package today. Not only was the box look likes they had gone through and opened it, but now I see one of the shoes in the package is damaged. I’m having to look for a shoe repair shop or fix it myself. This is the second time I’ve had this happen. They might wanna re-evaluate their staff.

This location is inside of a pharmacy but does have an express service lane drive through you can use as well.The office is small and ran by one employee but there isnt generally a line.Not full service but staff is knowledgeable and youre less likely to be snapped at for not knowing its your turn in line.

The Post Office has lost 2 of my packages... I provided tracking and they said they would give me a call . I received a call stating 1 was found and the P.O. stated they had alot packages not being delivered since the new move and that my package would be delivered... well a week goes by and no package... neither can they locate the 2nd package. I go down to P.O. again just to be told both was delivered to my address. No maam they were NOT! I have a doorbell camera/ Adt camera as well as 2 more cameras facing the front of the house. No packages! What is really going on?

Located inside pharmacy at the very back. Employees are not overly friendly but its easier than going to the post office in Downtown Muskogee and waiting in line for 20 minutes.

Unbelievably Bad. I havent had good service from them the whole 15 years I have lived here.

I was able to send out my mail but the people who work at the front desk were very rude to me. I did nothing wrong, it just seems like they were annoyed that I was asking questions about filling out the forms.

My Amazon Order is still a day late and a dollar short, The customer service on the phone is a joke I gave up after 3-4 minutes, I knew when the amazon seller put USPS as a service that they wanted to deliver with, I knew I would never get my order in time, If it was FedEx or UPS I would have had the order by now.

Absolutely the worst telephone answering system in the country. I have talk to better IVR systems at fast food restaurants. AND THEIR CARRIER WOULD RATHER PUT VACANT ON THE MAIL THAN WALK UP FOUR PORCH STEPS! I AM SO TIRED OF THEIR LAZYNESS! I am stopping all mail and having it sent to a mailbox store. USPS will not get any more of my money. They can go out of business just like newspapers.

Attendant had a bad attitude, would not put enough tape on the label. Name was Bill . Went back twice still have a bad feeling about my return making it. $800.00And I will raise a ruckus if it doesn’t get returned if you don’t like people get a different job!

Post office refuses to take the mail I have to send out. My boyfriend is having an conniption fit because his mail isnt getting sent out. And Im the hearing about it... Please do your jobs and take the mail.

You guys ever gonna change your poor ratings around? Probably not. Horrible customer service in the building and theyre too lazy to just knock on the door. Why should I have to wait a day later to pick up my stuff instead of just coming in when it was delivered.

This is by far the worst post office I have ever been to. I ship many packages every week. They are rude, and have the worst customer service. There is a reason USPS is dying. Fine men and women like this are that reason.

Would rather waste my time/money & put vacant than deliver the dang mail!!!!!!!Even on the second post card when I noted it was NOT vacant!

Must have thieves working here. Sent money in a envelope to a friend. It never showed up.

Called in to check on something and was very helpful.

They have the brain of a collective pea. We have been fighting for a year to get our mail and no telling how many times they have played god with it. The only thing those morons have to do is know how to read, walk and drive. Their service sucks!

They dont do passport applications after 3pm. Absolutely ridiculous!

There is no post office at this location.
