I mistakenly trusted this man to install a fence. Uprights installed with no cement; severed sprinkler head; upright attached to a tree trunk; fence line not plumb nor straight. The uprights are of different lengths and left uncapped though the caps were supplied by Owasso Fence. The picket purchase was short of what was necessary, defeating my financing plan. I will begin again.
