The windows need a little more cleaning, other than that. It was excellent and the pina colada fragrance is fantastic

Josh did a remarkable job detailing the Interior of my car. I am extremelyPleased!I have used tender touch numerous times for wash and vacuum and they are always professional. I highly recommend tender touch on east okmulgee.

Extremely disappointed in my detail. I paid $48 for them to basically just do a good wash on the outside. They didn’t vacuum it, they only wiped down the doors and dash and it’s super streaky. Not worth the money. They seem to only care about being fast… but not doing a good job.

Purchased a new 2020 vehicle on the 30th of Sept. Went to tender touch to have it cleaned on 10/14/20, went in with no scratches, came out with scratches, on the passenger side . Also spots on the chrome and different parts of the vehicle. For the price you pay, this was very terrible service. Will not go back again. Also telling others of my experience.

My husband took my jeep to be detailed and they told him that they were only offering the minimal service. When he brought my jeep back to me he had to clean some spots off the hood that was missed and when I got into the vehicle there was still dirt on the floor and white marks from salt on the floor area. Im usual quite satisfied with yall but today Im really not. Trying to see where else I can get my car detailed.

It looked pretty good and smelled great. It still needed some cleaning in the cupholders, rims and creases. Im not sure all the seats were even shampoo. I was able to get out most of the little spots they said wouldnt come out. I guess I expected more for $150.

The people were very friendly the car was washed beautifully on the outside the carpets were cleaned but they didnt clean out any of the cup holders or the console otherwise I would have given it a five

I took my work Van to get it cleaned on what seemed like a very busy Monday mornin. I believe I spent a total of 20 minutes or so from the time I pulled in until I got back in my Van to leave. They are a little bit more expensive than the places I use in Tulsa. But they did a very nice job. And everyone was very courteous.

Not pleased with service lately. I take my vehicles personal and work here once a week and lately I haven’t had good service. Yes I have let the people know about my issues and they have fixed them. I shouldn’t have to check to make sure they actually do what I’m paying for. I know they are busy and it’s hot. They need to pay more attention to each vehicle and do a better job. Also not happy about the price increase but that’s understandable with all that’s going on.

Company, unlike other similar car washes, does not offer their customers a “rain check,” should rain occur following a purchased car wash. They have some great workers, who pay attention detailing your vehicle, post wash, but have others who care less about their work. You have to pay attention to what is done to your vehicle and often have areas retouched up behind their poor workers.

Everything was great. I didnt have to wait to get my auto in and they did a great job of getting it cleaned.

Had a full detail on my car of 5 years. It was so bad that I was ashamed but when I got it back it was so clean and smelled nice inside. I was really impressed. They did a fantastic job. Thank you so much!

I’ve been taking my personal and business vehicles here for several years now and have been very pleased with my service. But the last four times I have been they have simply not done a good job. I got the mini detail today and there is now a film on my window that really takes some scrubbing to get off, my dashboard is still dusty, the carpet in the back seat still has dirt and debris. I really hope they fix their issues because I have been a big supporter of this business.Update 5/29/20Tried them again after going somewhere else for awhile and they did an excellent job.

Staff are always helpful & very friendly. I get my car cleaned every week! The basic car wash. This company makes a 7 year old vehicle look brand new! I love it! They do a great job cleaning! Always take our cars here. Love the customer service and how they take care of you. If I have an issue and I bring it to their attention, its taken care of immediately. Always enjoy my clean car after they are done! Plus I can take my kids and they have fun watching the cars get washed through the big windows! Not impressed with how clean my car was for almost 50 dollars. Crumbs left in the seats and other places. Many unclean spots on the outside. They were quick.

Today I got the mini detail and they halfway wash my truck and there still bird poop on my windshield and rear view mirror is dirty from the spray they put on there and my door jam is dirty. I paid $48 plus $1 for my truck being a 4 door but thats not the problem is that my truck is halfway done. I told the girl at the front desk to have then clean my door jams but they didnt the people dont care about you and your vehicle so dont wast your time or money. And I wish I could give them -1 stars

I came in for the first time to get my backseat cleaned after an Uber incident. From the start, I was treated really good and they answered all my questions. The facility was clean, staff professional, and the quality of service was great. I think my backseat looks better than before the incident . Ill be back for future detailing needs .

Took truck to get washed asked for clean windows and floors vacuumed. Rear windows are smeared bad and they did not remove floor mats and vacuum carpet which i specifically asked for

I have used this business countless times since they opened years ago. Unfortunately for some time now their equipment has fell into disrepair. I have noticed things like the passenger side roller not engaging the side of the vehicle. When I asked about it they told me that it was damaging vehicles so they disconnected it. Unless the engineers that designed it have made a mistake it probably just needs repair.Then the fees to me seem very high. I know this isnt the Tulsa market but their I can get comparable service for half the cost. I understand paying a premium in muskogee but the value isnt matching the product anymore.I do hope the owners reinvest and maybe even update their equipment. With the new competition in town both business will need to be at the top of their game.Sadly the 2 star rating is more for what they were rather then what they are today.

The outside of the car looked great, but a lot to be desired on the interior. The door jams still dirty, dust build up on dashboard. Staff is friendly.I reviewed the service packages. Maybe I needed to buy the better service package because I bought the basic and did get the basic service. So....maybe I got the service I paid for after all.

The outside of my car turned out amazing! Paid to have the interior done too, but i can barely tell they even touched the inside. Disappointed.

Have gone about 5 times, services degrade every time. Paid extra to have the trunk vaccumed...got home and it hadnt been done. They either dont vaccum between the seats and the center console or they suck at it (pun intended). Saw scratches around door handles from where they use the same filthy towels from one car to the next. TERRIBLE interior window cleaning, they always miss the corners. Still bug juice on the front bumper. And, they dont offer itemized receipts. Wont EVER take my car there again...

NEVER WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE ! They dont allow you to rate them, and only post what they want you to see. I spent a good amount of money for the Mini Detail, and left with bird poop, bugs and spots all over my car. I had to follow the one worker that walked back over all around the car, and point out every spot remaining. Then, she tried to argue with me about the bugs being stuck on there. The owner finally walked over, but he too was useless ! He said he didnt want to rewash it, or give me my money back, because he didnt want to mess with it . REALLY ? ! GFY

I was really disappointed granted my car was dirty, but thats why you wash it. it came out with dirt all around the lower side and even some on top. the nice young lady says its ready I said no for $25.00 its not. I pointed out some really bad spots and she wiped at it, but everybody left her fix their mess. I just told her to let it go and came home and cleaned it. if you say an interior wipe down and window clean then you should do it also. really bad experience this time. it seems to be dropping off as time goes on. sad to see.

I stopped in there on a rainy day...when they were not open..for business..i needed the inside detailed because of a funeral..the owner was there and did it for me...i will never forget get that kindness...

Not as clean as I expected for $15.I had been referred there by Auto Zone as a really good basic cleaning place.

This place uses bath towels to wipe down cars and i have scrstches all over paint and fuzzys from the towels after i call managment to notify they dont give a damn about it i dont recommend them for nothing. The 20 i spent i could do better myself but since iam from out of town figured would give a try not worth it managment. Learn the detail industry before screwing up peoples cars.......

They do a Great Job with your Car.

Dont know how often they change out their mitts/rags by found lots of grit like scratches that Ill have to take somewhere and hope they can be buffed out. Also, poor window wipe quality on the inside, and Im not a smoker or allow it in my car. Found patches where the interior dressing was incomplete and others where it was practically dripping. Most places Ill give a third strike, but theyre out on this second! $44.00 for a vacuum and 15 minute wash/wipedown. Terrible quality for the price and time.

They suck I jt left there and I paid 29.00 to wash and do interior windows are bad my whole point to going there is so I didnt have to clean windows I dont like to complain but really I worked for Mr clean car wash in Tulsa and you would get in a lot of trouble if it looked like this. Wasnt going to go back to have them fix but I am to me 29 bucks plus tip is high to let it go very disappointed
