This is nothing but sad. Completely ran down. Paid with a card, unfortunately picked more time than I needed, because the pressure was very low and there was no soap when selecting the brush function. Pretty much wasted $5. Never using this place, or the other Otto, on the west side, again.

Not impressed! Paid for the $7 car wash supposedly the best and my car looks worse than before! Undercarriage isnt clean and my windshield looks horrible. Bad spotting left behind by soap residue. I wont be back

Hot water was good. Protect coating was strong...fair price

Been years since Ive been to this car wash. I was very pleased. I believe the products they use had everything to do with it!! Used the protectant & it actually took the bug stuff off during the rinse.

Stopped and used the vacuums things evening.. We really surprised by how long they went for on a dollar.. And the hoses are long to reach all over my vehicle

Ottos is a way better car wash than the one over on Broadway. @ Ottos all the machines work. The sprayers have the right amount of pressure to ensure that your car or truck will be clean when you’re done

Wash bays have good water-pressure, but the vaccums didnt have much suction.

Otto is amazing. Gives you the freedom of washing the car yourself. The workers will always help you in need and are friendly

Ive been there several times trying to give it a chance since its close to my house. The automatic wash will malfunction 90%. Do not use the automatic wash

Bro this place SUCKED. I BARELY had time to use the soap....it put out enough soap to wash ONE WINDOW...either it was out of pink soap or it was a rip off of self service carwash money that i could have done in Wagoner or at home. I aint coming back SCREW this place fr fr. The water rinsed fine but that was a fast 4 min ....my rear end bro.😮 no thanks man. Waste of my quarters. Plus the change machine didnt work so I barely had enough toll change money on me for it. No bueno.... not coming here again-peace.

Almost all of the equipment is broken or out of order in some way. Avoid! The car wash bays are full of mud and trash.
