Lady was rude and unhelpful on the phone. Doesnt want to take two seconds to listen to what your asking for and then wont explain the process of going about getting the testing. As usuall, gotta go to tulsa to be treated with respect or seriousness for something so simple. Treating people as humans goes very far, especially in a small town. We vote with our dollars now. Theres many labs,dont need this one.

You cant speak to a human at all at this number even if you dial 0. The website they give you to look at your lab results doesnt work and my worksite e-mail blocks it. I will now have to wait about 14 days to get my lab results. Maybe I can walk in, I dont know.

By far best LabCorp experience every. Friendly and efficient staff. I was in and out in 10 minutes max. Thank you.

Rude staff, unorganized, inefficient and the phlebotomist acted like she didn’t know what she was doing. She made things significantly harder than they needed to be. Very disappointed with the quality of service.

Need to change hours of operations. Online, drove an hour and 45 minutes to take a test for employment and online they said they closed at 5:00. Walked in at 4:31 and they said they stop test at 4:30.
