Who closes at 3:30?!? Drove almost an hour here only to find out they go home at 3:30. Obviously they don’t care about customers or having business. Don’t waste your time of you have other choices of labs.

Great place! Clean and simple place to get lab work done the lady that did mine was very professional and the blood draw was painless. Friendly and clean place to visit for the first time

I have always used DLO for all my outpatient lab work. Today, I went to have some lab drawn before my drs appointment in the morning. The technician refused to draw the lab work, saying it was too early to draw it. It was to have been done before the drs appointment. The lab was to have been done 3 months from my last drs appointment. Because the date on the order was 5/21/2019, the tech refused to draw the lab. Besides waiting a really long time to even see someone, then they refused to draw the lab. Because of this, I had to change the drs appointment so I can get the lab done before I see the dr. I will look into finding another lab for lab work if this is how customer service is.

Had to wait 50 minutes to see anyone, then they could not find orders. Then I waited another hour and 5 minutes to get my blood drawn. Then as I was leaving the phlebotomist caught in the parking lot and said they could not do my blood test with my insurance. I definitely would not recommend ☠MLO

Im 14 years old i went to get blood work done and at this place she dug in my arm after she inserted the needle then she had to use my hand to draw the blood

The place is not wheelchair accessible! And no one mans the front desk! I am the parent of a 14 yr old was not allowed in the room because I am in a wheelchair and tech didnt want to feel cramped!!
