Nice clean place.I made my Amazon return here.There was a line to the door but the employee at the time was quick to make it short (its always the people with a million questions that hold up the line).
I love this place. This was my first time to go there and amazing woman, unfortunately don’t remember her name, but she has black, long, and wavy hair helped me to print out bunch of papers. She is also very nice.
I usually use this as a place to return Amazon stuff. But dontDespite what amazon customer service says, this place may or may not require you to tape up all packages, regardless of how they came or what they came in.They collected $2 from me and I had to go thru amazon customer service to get it back. I will be going to Kohl from now on, where they do not ask for tape.Also they were helping 2 people in front of me and the amount of communication (none) and standing around was insane.
This is where we have our P.O.Box, but my only complaint is that there is a certain individual that thinks he is entitled to cut the line people who have been waiting patiently for there turn to do what they need to take care of, I complained the 1st time he did this but didnt want to make a scene it happened again. Anyway if it happens a 3rd time I will openly voice my opinion in front of everyone regardless whether I embarrass myself or not. Its not right to do that. Just saying my opinion.
I had to send some packages back to some sellers the other day and I was so blessed that I was able to go into the store while Michael was working. He was so polite and helpful during the entire process. He also helped find the cheapest way to send my packages off. He was extremely informative and respectful in every way. Thank you to UPS for their services and especially thank you to Michael for making my trip easy!

Couldnt give zero star for this store then i give them one star. bad service with a rude lady. she was supper lazy and careless about her customer. I walked in and got my stuff. There were too much big pakages, and i asked her for helping me to bring out side. usually they help you, but today, that lady was supper lazy and careless. she did not help me. I pay every month for my mail box, and I got bad service with rude and lazy worker. i was there at 2.30. usually people work there are very nice and care about customer, but not that lady. i wonder how can UPS let her work, they gonna lose their business one day if she is still there.
Ms. Ayanna went above and beyond today when I went in with my son and husband. She Is absolutely amazing with customers. I will definitely be using this store again.
I went in this morning to mail my package. And was called Sir!!! I’m clearly a female! Now this is the second time in this same store, I have been called a Sir! First time I was wearing all pink!!!!! REALLY!!! After living out here for over 30 years and all my UPS and other mailing needs have been out of this store sense the doors open. BUT I CAN TELL YOU FROM THIS DAY ON, I WILL NEVER EVER SET FOOT IN THAT STORE AGAIN. IVE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THAT ANYWHERE EVER. AND I WILL MAKE SURE THAT ANYTIME, I GET THE CHANCE I WILL TELL SOMEONE MY STORY. AND HOPEFULLY DISCOURAGE ANY ONE ELSE FROM ENTERING THE BUSINESS!!! And to top it all off the lady tells me to have a good day!! WHAT A JOKE!!
Overall staff are nice and at least one person on the floor has experience. I think they’re training someone. One of the things I don’t like is the mock-up or the charge for tape, but I guess a business has to stay in business.
I brought in a box of my grandmothers china to be shipped to my home in Colorado. Natalie was extremely helpful in setting up my delivery with insurance and custom packaging. My box arrived at home three days later as planned. As I went to unwrap my china, I could immediately tell that each piece had been wrapped with the utmost of care, ensuring that everything would arrive intact. I think Natalie used every type of bubble wrap available! I called the store to personally pass along my thanks. Now, my daughter will have this family heirloom for her wedding present and I couldnt be more pleased.
I really want to say thank you to the managers at this location, Selange and Tracy. I shipped some expensive equipment across country. Ended up damaged in transit unfortunately. I know the store packed it to the best of their ability, but sometimes accidents happen. Tracy (shes amazing) was able to fast track a claim for me and I was made whole again within a couple weeks. Considering these electronics are my livelihood, I am incredibly appreciative. Thank you so much.

Came in the store with a Xbox she weighed it and went to the back and started packaging she didn’t ask me what size box I wanted or nothing she just started packaging she must have been new since it took her around 30 minutes just to box she kept boxing into different boxes and gave me a huge box. Soon after she told me the shipping was gonna be $70 on top of the boxing which was an extra $20 never coming here again.

This is a very convenient location to send packages and Mail. It also has mail boxes with a real address. Near the freeway, restaurants, markets, etc.
They always seem adequately staffed at this store, which results in no wait most of the time; when you do have to wait, it’s never long. A month before Christmas, I wanted to ship a ceramic Christmas tree to my granddaughter. It’s a family heirloom, heavy and very bulky, so decided to have them repack it. I have to say, I was a little worried about it making it to the East Coast. A young man, Michael, was so nice about the whole thing, and took a lot of time packing it. He took me behind the counter to see what he had done, and I was impressed. Thanks to you and the time and care your store allowed for getting my package ready and there safely.

Good place to go to get something shipped. Rates are reasonable and service is quick. They also have PO boxes to rent. There is a notary on staff. Have had many documents notarized quickly.

Horrible customer service, asked to ship 2 things cost $71. Asked not to have additional handling since the items have little value and was told it’s included then on my receipt it shows an additional charge. Not going back here ever!

This place ships very fast and everything is super simple when you come in. I highly recommend it.
Never again will I do business with this UPS Store. The owner is very rude and disrespectful. He needs to take classes on customer service. One of his employees messed up on my wives name in their system, although she has been getting mail a package that was sent there for a Christmas present was sent back to the sender because the receiver was unknown. When I spoke to the owner about the problem he was extremely rude and disrespectful and could not comprehend what I was trying to explain to him. Not only do I have the pleasure of changing my address and getting another PO box at another UPS store, but I have to contact the company who we purchased the product from to have it resent to another address. Hopefully at the next store they are not as rude.
Came in to ship an item (Box) and I had forgotten an item and figured I’d just slice the tape open a bit and slip the item in the box and ask UPS for a small strip of tape to reseal the box. I was shocked that they were charging me 1$ for taping fee. Apperantly this store does not practice a service champion attitude. If UPS continues this the competitors will eat them alive .
Never understand stores that post hours of operation but refuse certain services as closing time nears. Went in for live scan finger prints at 5:30p, their hours say they close at 6p. Was told they stop doing live scan an hour before close and would have to come back tomorrow. Waste of time and fuel. Why even bother posting hours of operation if they dont offer their full services during that entire period. Will avoid in the future if possible.Just reading other yelp reviews now, seems others have had similar issues with notary and even packaging. If you dont want to work past 5p then just close at 5p. Would be less frustrating for all involved.
