I received a badly damaged Humminbird depth-finder from this “drop-shipper” shipped in a perfect outer box. Obviously this means that an employee (initials CS on the pick list) picked the damaged product, passed it to the shipping packer, where it was packed in an outer box with bubble pillows & they sent it out! In my days as an Operations Manager these employees would be shown the Exit door! Disgraceful.
Obviously Lowell had a bad experience with an item but to 1-star a biz over a single item that came from one of the best large volume distributors in the U.S. is a shame. I order not just one unit at a time from Seawide but 100s. The best pricing and personal service has always been the norm for the decade + weve worked with them. Keep up the good work Seawide, youre doing it right!
