It took them from 0800-1400 to load a single piece.It wasnt busy. I sat for five hours before they got to me. Im a patient person, but when I have to burn almost an entire day on something that could have been done within 25 minutes I think its reasonable to be agitated.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Cryoquip and I was highly impressed with the professionalism of all of their staff - especially Anna & Antonio! I worked with many different employees and every single one was extremely knowledgable and helpful and I really can’t thank them enough!

My husband have a load to pick up from this place and they couldnt seem to know when the load was going to be ready and we actually waited a whole week when the load could have been handled on Monday instead of being handled on Friday
