This is the WORST insurance company that I have ever dealt with. I ordered insurance for my daughter and she only had the insurance for an hour, then she canceled it. They took my 350 dollars and I am expecting some type of refund from them. They shouldnt treat customers like this in these trying times. So sad that they are doing this to consumers. The agent never said anything about a cancelation clause or anything.

This place is nonsense they give me the run around when it comes to honesty they get zero for no stars. If u expect a refund good luck they wont refund my cash for insurance I never had to use. Rip offs n sent me a check for Small amount I cash it they stop payment it bounc s now I pay for that screwups . There stupid unfair n dishonest .

I was hit by one of their drivers A YEAR AGO... the case still isnt settled. the adjusters are rude, non-responsive and their supervisors are horrible too. I did everything in my power to provide them with information and they litterally said it was my fault it wasnt settled. they havent helped my passenger (who was hurt by their driver) and keep using COVID as an excuse to do nothing.... WORST INSURANCE ADJUSTERS EVER.

Wore insurance company. Shop around do not give your money to Farmers insurance. They will screw you so they can more money in there pocket. Dont cry later even after been warned in advance. WORSE INSURANCE PROVIDER.

SHADIEST CAR INSURANCE IVE EVER PAID FOR. They changed our rental policy after I made a claim to try to say I was covered for less. Their excuse was that there’s a “glitche” in the system¿... so if there’s a glitche in THIER system they should humble themselves and make a reasonable agreement to make up for their mistake right? Any other company would! They have no pride in their business and no respect for their clients who literally put food on their families plates. This company deserves to be shut down. If this issue has to escalate any further they’re going to find themselves paying a HUGE lawsuit.

I went I went online to make my payment the thing said pay this much money I paid it and then they send me a cancellation saying that theyre going to cancel my insurance because of a $10 mistake but the mistake was theirs but yet they dont care they dont care about their customers I just its horrible Ive been with them for four years and to say theyre going to cancel my insurance over $10 just shows me how sad of a company they are their customers dont mean anything to them and thats a shame and its under farmers in the farmers group insurance wow how bad are they Im going to go to MetLife cuz at least they know how to treat their customers good luck Farmers insurance one more.

Their client hit my car on labor day - holiday while my car was parked at the hotel parking lot. First they werent able to assist us that day...then they dont work after 4p... The person that is supposed to be in charge of my claim its in training. My car is at the mechanic and they LIED, saying they contacted the shop two times and its not TRUE. The mechanic has my car there and wants to charge for keeping it there. He cant get it fixed before their approval. And after all, its not even my fault and I need to deal with them. Really frustrated.

Have a claim with one of their drivers. Save yourself the hassle and just go through farmers directly. Bristol West adjusters are literally the hardest people to get ahold of.

I would love to give no star but it didnt give me the option. Just like this insurance gave me no option on a payment plan or some type of resolve. DUE TO THIS PANDEMIC I WAS UNABLE TO PAY MY CAR INSURANCE but you still sent me to collections over 100 dollars. First you provide no assistance you only allowed us to miss a payment and pay the following month? So thats two payments in one month.You are crooks. Only now you decided to give some type of assistance. I hope you don’t go bankrupt i hope farmers doesn’t go out business either but you need to help your customers. - FU

Very disappointing how untrained there phone support is i was charged a cancellation fee because of the misinformation their representative gave. $40.99 was their cancellation fee its a total rip off! HOLD on theres more you have to make sure they dont charge you for 2 cancellations of the current policy and a renewal policy. Never missed a payment and they still dont care they will still rip you off no matter what. Terrible company. Unprofessional.

I have been trying to contact a manager but no one will provide me any info on how to reach them.I had a quote for $63.xx for 1 vehicle and I signed my contract on july 1st 2020. And since then they have charge my card with $79.24, $63.95, $193.70 and now they want $218.70 because they added a penalty because they couldnt withdraw more then the $63.95 that Ive signed for.All they say is that I havent provided proof of previous insurance and that I didnt sign for the automatic payments discount so they removed the discounts BUT I DID that in person when i signed my contract, and I have also send the papers so many times already, because they keep sending me letters, Ive tried though email, fax and through their app, which rarely works as they keep sending me documents for e-signing and on my side it shows that it is already signed (so Icantdo it again).. and supposedly the documents that i keep sending every day are blurry (even the email pictures that look absolutely perfect from my side!).So now they are trying to charge me $218.xx with penalties and my policy status shows PENDING CANCELATION unless i pay this amount as a minimumI have called them so many times and email them too, even asked for a physical address to send regular mail (not for payments) and they just do not respond at all anymore.I think more people should know about them, and their horrible consumer service and their scams, Ive been told im not the only one going through this, so maybe I should contact the news and see if they can run an investigation about this and air it to warn people about them!Amigos Hispanos, ahorrense su dinero y su tiempo, no hagan negocio con esta compañia! The customer service representatives and supervisors here need some better training. I recently found a better rate on my car insurance with another company, and my policy was nearing its end anyway. I called approximately 10 days before the policy was set to run out and asked to cancel since I figured I would receive at least a small refund for the remaining time. I was informed that there would be a $50 fee that would come out of the refund for cancelling early. That doesnt seem necessary, but okay, fine... So I asked if I would receive any money back after the fee, and I was told I would receive a small refund of about $16. So I said okay, might as well, go ahead and cancel it. A week or two later, instead of a refund, I receive a bill for $16. I call to address the issue with a customer service representative and they just keep repeating what I already know, that the bill was generated due to the fee. Why would I cancel my policy if I knew it was going to generate a bill? I would just let it run out... They did not seem to understand my logic. I asked for a supervisor and spent another 10 minutes on hold before they came back and asked if the supervisor could return my call. They never did. I figured maybe they realized their error and reversed the charge. A couple weeks later, I get an email saying that if I dont pay the balance that they will send me to collections. So I call again, explain the situation and once again the customer service rep doesnt seem to understand what Im explaining, so this time I finally do get to speak to supervisor Michaela and she seems to understand what Im saying, however she insists on searching for nearly 15 minutes while Im on hold for the record of my original call so that she can prove me wrong or something since she clearly doesnt believe me. She cant find the call, or has to request it from someone else or something, but informs me that regardless of what is found on the call, the charge will not be reversed and the only outcome is that the employee will be disciplined... Wow, sounds like a great company to work for. So I told her fine, if $16 is worth all this to them then I will make sure people are aware of how petty this company is. So I go on the website to try and pay the balance, but my account shows no balance payable. I try to chat with a CSR to see if the balance is still there. They say that it is still there, but that they recommend trying calling to make a payment on Monday if I cant see it on the website. So now I cant even pay the balance because they wont take payments on weekends for some reason... I have literally never had an insurance claim, or cost this company a dime in payouts. Ive just quietly paid my bill on time for years, and this is how they treat me over $16 that was their mistake to begin with. Before this, I was just neutral about this company, now I am actively angry and will make sure everyone I can knows to stay far away from Bristol West/Farmers. I am so glad I decided to switch to another company now that I realize what kind of company this actually is, not just for the savings.Update: I FINALLY got through on the phone to pay this $15.95 balance (literally the only way I was able to pay the charge since it wouldnt show on the website and they couldnt take a payment through the chat or figure out what was wrong) and they tried to charge me another $6 FEE for MAKING A ONE TIME PAYMENT ON THE PHONE. Finally they waived it because even the phone rep saw how ridiculous it was.

WORST INSURANCE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I wish there was a zero star option as I have been trying to figure out a solution for my problem for the past 6 months and NO ONE is able to help me. They will throw you around like a ping pong ball and avoid ever trying to resolve it.

I was in an accident with one of their customers, they have not contacted my insurance at all and I have tried multiple times to reach the adjuster and the company and neither answer the phone, the adjuster actually declined my call it only rang a couple times then went to voicemail. Terrible service.

Terrible service Karina Cullen has had time without answering my claim, she made me take my car to the workshop but she does not respond to the owner of the workshop nor Ami they assigned me a car for which they paid 2 days 🙄 not even the estimate has been sent seriously terrible service I think I should take other legal measures because I was affected by a client of theirs, it is fair that they respond

The worst company I didn’t recommend this insurance. NEVERThey see the face of mockery to the client. They think more about their money than helping their clients when they have an accident. They treat one as a criminal and prefer to go to trial rather than reconcile with the client. Gross! That for thinking so much about your money, thats why they have bad comments on EVERY SIDE.I will never use this insurance or my relatives and acquaintances. I distribute this message so that no one else falls for this scam.
