Ms. Blackwell and her team do an amazing job and always Putting the customer first! I promised this review and have been delayed by work however I am here now to tell you all that over the past few years I have had nothing but great experiences with this office. About a year ago I made an inquiry about what it would take to add a motorcycle to my insurance plan and had the please of speaking with Jesus. Apart from being a rider himself Jesus was super understanding as to what my situation was and was the greatest help... fast forward a to about half a year later and I give them a call now that I’m ready to purchase a bike. Jesus was just as friendly and helpful as he was before and we were able to get my new bike insured with zero issues. My experience with StateFarm was amazing! They are NOT like any other insurance company that I’ve been with. The whole staff was willing to help in anyway and to make me feel comfortable and to work with me financially. During the times I was struggling financially, they did everything they could to help me save money and they did a tremendous job! I left my former car insurance because they kept raising the price on my car insurance that I could not afford. I was scared when that happened to me and didn’t know how I was going to be able to afford the payments. I’m so fortunate to have been referred to State Farm by a family member. I’m doing WAY BETTER now with StateFarm than any other car insurance I’ve been with. These guys are unique! I can come to them in office and get things taken care of when needed, call my insurance agent, and if I need to, meet with my insurance agent in person! I don’t have to speak to a random person over the phone as if I’m just another dollar sign to them. I feel like I’m part of a family and have a good relationship with them especially my insurance agent. I highly recommend StateFarm. Plus, my insurance goes down every 6 months. It can’t get better than that! I do not want to leave StateFarm after my great experience with them.😃
