Very fast and clean up was absolutely perfect.

We called Woodruff trees to get an estimate they showed up almost 2 hours late. We decided to look past that and still give them the work. Because of how our tree needed to come down the power company needed to remove a line. The day they were supposed to remove the tree they showed up late again. The Forman was less then helpful when he got here telling us that he would not be able to take the tree down do to the hehis trailer being down. He was unable to give us any info on a time frame for the tree to come down. After he left I tried to call Dennis see if he could give me any info he did not answer his phone and just told me to text him. I offered to have a dump trailer here today if they could take the tree down and never got a text back. Half an hour later he called me explaining what was going on and that they would try to get the tree down first thing tomorrow. I was very unimpressed with the service we will be going with some one else to remove the tree.

Dennis and his climber Sean were a pleasure to work with. Both were very knowledgable and took the time to answer all of my questions. They were also amenable to add to the quote based on how the work progressed. Their work was clean and professional and looked great!

When our 100’ tree blew down in theSeptember 2020 windstorm, Dennis came right out, gave us a very competitive bid, and showed up on time on the two successive days it took to cut down and dispose of it. He and his workers were efficient and friendly. The clean-up was superb.This was the most efficient, well-priced, and pleasant experience I have ever had dealing with a business.

Dennis couldn’t have provided better service for pruning the ornamental trees in our front yard. We hadn’t pruned since they were planted about 8 years ago, and some were a real mess. Now they look great thanks to Dennis and his helper.They cleaned up the trimmings and took them with them when the job was done. Now my yard looks beautiful again!

Had two huge Buckeye trees.Probably 100 years old. I spent months picking up nuts in the fall. Dennis crew did a marvelous job thinning them out & maintaining the form of the tree. Crew arrived on time. Easy to work with when I added on limbs to be removed. Cleaned up whole yard .I highly recommend them.

I wish there is a 100 starts I can give to Dennis and his crew! They provided the BEST service if you need tree trimming or removal! There are 2 huge willow in my back yard, and damaged my neighbors property. I tried really hard to find people to get rid of them. There are 2 groups of people came before Dennis.They both charged me without finishing the job!! Until Dennis come over, HE PROVIDED ME THE MOST PROFESSIONAL WORK AND CHARGED ME VERY REASONABLE PRICE! Talk to Dennis, you will get BEYOND what you paid for!!!!

Had them remove a large elm and an aspen. Good communication; got the job done when they said they were going to after scheduling a couple weeks in advance. Quality work and clean up. Would definitely call them again!

We had work done earlier this spring. Our trees look great. They explained exactly what was needed and did exactly what they said they were going to do. Clean up was excellent. We could not have asked for more.

Called up Monday about a quote, gave all my information. Didnt hear back until I messaged Wednesday saying I would take my business elsewhere. No apology was given.

They did a great job trimming my large Ash tree in the back yard. They were on time, finished sooner than they estimated, and cleaned up everything better than when they got here. They recommended how to best trim the tree to keep it healthy. I’m very happy with their service.

They did an amazing job, I had 7 very large Juniper trees removed, they did it quickly and the guys cleaned up better than Ive ever had anyone clean up before leaving! A little higher in price than quoted from another company but they could do it the next day so I was totally okay with that! Great company and will use again without hesitation!

Maybe I’m old fashioned but when you call to get a bid...blowing off the caller and directly jumping to telling them to text you info instead of getting the info since you already answered the phone is poor business practice. That made me automatically turn my business elsewhere and leave a bad review. Hopefully a lesson learned especially during these times. Regardless of whether or not you’re busy; get the info and ask to call back....never act uninterested in work by blowing off and asking to text instead of talk on the phone.

Dennis and his crew showed up even with the unexpected snow storm. They worked hard and did a phenomenal job -- even though we changed the number of trees we wanted them to remove at the last minute. They were careful not to destroy the other plants that that were growing very close to where the trees had to come out. All of it happened without them leaving a mess. Finally, they took the extra time to notch the stumps so we could put salt on them to help them decompose more quickly. Good communication throughout. I appreciate the great work they did!

Wonderful job! I had a tree that needed trimming as it was blocking my internet reception. Dennis came and considered the overall look of the tree not just what I was considering. The price was good. The crew arrived on an awful rainy day and still managed to clean up after themselves. There wasnt a trace. Would highly recommend!

We purchased a fixer-upper property and had Woodruff Tree Service remove a lot of large junkie-looking trees in the back yard and they did a great job of it. We already had them scheduled before the big April storm when wet snow dropped additional tree limbs so there were limbs along the street that we were waiting for the city to pick up. Not only did they do a beautiful job of cleaning everything up after themselves--but they got rid of the limbs piled up for the city to pick up. They arrive on time, work fast, and are very conscientious!

Owner of the company came out to give me a quote to remove two extremely large cottonwoods and either remove or prune a spiral willow (we decided to prune the willow). It was an expensive job that was originally supposed to take four FULL days to complete including the clean up. I was then contacted to say there was a scheduling conflict and they needed to move the work back a few days. They were also bringing in contracted tree climbers so it would drop the time down from four FULL days to three FULL days including clean up. The crew showed up on time for the first two days of work and got the trees down and pruned. Third day arrived and no crew. They scheduled another job and I was told they would show up in the afternoon. They finally arrived at 5:00 PM to start cutting up more wood and haul it out to the pile they left in my front yard. Two hours later they were gone and my back yard is still a mess and I still have a pile of wood in the front. I was told they would be onsite over the weekend to finish the clean up but now they will not be here per the owner and no rescheduled date offered. Once they have the clean up completed I will be done with this company just due to the lack in consistency of scheduling.

Dennis showed great knowledge and care for all of our trees, his price was fair and competitive especially since we have a very large Siberian Elm tree that hadnt been trimmed back in probably quite a long time and we were worried for how costly it would be. He and his team came promptly and did exactly as they said, the tree is very well trimmed back and looks fantastic!

They provided extremely fast and friendly service, especially for a holiday weekend! A large tree fell on my house and on my fence on July 4th. I called them the following day and they did an estimate same day. The tree was removed within four days of it falling on my house. All of the other companies werent even available to do an estimate before Woodruff had removed the tree. They kept the area around my house tidy and cleaned up all of the branches, even random ones that werent from the trees they were working on. It looked a lot better afterwards, thank you!

We just had a team from Woodruff Tree do some great work on a large elm that was long overdue for trimming. They arrived on time, left my yard looking better than when they started by raking up the autumn leaves that had already accumulated, were very thorough—even removing some previous breakage that we hadn’t anticipated they would do. Dennis gave us a competitive bid and stopped over at the end of the job to make sure we were satisfied. This is the 2nd time we have used this service and will definitely call them again.

We just had our apple tree trimmed today and the crew was amazing! They were on time, professional & thoroughly explained what they would do and our yard was cleaned up to perfection!

Dennis and his crews are simply the best. They work hard and fast and complete the task and clean up all the mess. Over the years weve had them remove a huge pine blown down after a terrible winter wind storm and just recently a limb downed after the wind blast this week. We highly recommend Woodruff. Tree reduction was nicely done at a very reasonable price, I got several bids before choosing Woodruff. Dennis also helped remove other tree branches I had cut down without charging me more.

I called Woodruff for an appointment and they did not show up. I called back and spoke to Daniel who told me that they had re-scheduled my appointment but failed to tell me. No apology at all. I cancelled the appointment because if a company cannot even keep an appointment for new business then I hate to see the kind of job they will do once they have your signature on a contract. I definitely do NOT recommend this company.

Horrible experience. After extensive discussion and instructions before the job, they cut the incorrect branches and then refused to cut the correct branch unless I paid them more. I told them I would be on site in 15 minutes to confirm that they were cutting the right branches but were done by the time I showed up. When I pointed out that they had cut the wrong branches they refused to go back up and cut the correct ones. The owner came out insisted I pay more to have the primary branch removed. These were required removals by Rocky Mountain power and now I’m stuck. I found them to be unprofessional and their work unsatisfactory.

Fair price and very professional. Cherry tree deadwood removed and tree was trimmed and everything was removed and cleared out. They left my yard clean ;) I would hire them again.

These guys were amazing, they came out super quick and took down dead trees that were plotting to attack our neighbors garage. They were very exacting in the placement of the downed trees, careful and very reasonably priced. I will definitely have them back in future.

Very unhappy with this company. My neighbor had 3 large trees removed. the company said if there was any damage done to my property they would take care of it. They dropped tree limbs into my yard breaking a yard decoration and creating a mess. They only partially clean up after themselves. they came into my yard and removed the limb off the broken decoration, so I know they saw it but never said anything. I discovered it and talked to the foreman. he gave me the name and number of someone to talk to. we have called multiple times with no response. that was 2-3 weeks ago.

I highly recommend these guys. Hard working, professional, fast and timely.

They cut trees i told them not to touch. Horrible cleanup, Never on time, and damaged property... Overall just a bad experience!! Take caution with this company!! Shady employees!!
